Some honeymoon. Well I guess it’s about the fame not the love.

    • Lily

Or they want to support they’re show. Scandalous.

    • Wellie

That’s unfair. These people have commitments to their show to attend to: a) they were probably attending the Emmys anyway since TB is nominated for best drama, b) presenting is another good pr move to bring eyeballs to TB.

It’s called show “business” for a reason – these people WORK. A show’s hiatus means personal time, but actors cram in other projects, and pr duties.

      weirdo/loser

    • Josh

So it’s not a true marriage without a honeymoon? Maybe their wedding was more about the love than the perks that come with having a wedding.

    • sandy

well they HAVE been together for 3 years now. I think thehoneymoon thing is not a huge issue. i think the honeymoon has been going on already. lol.

    • @Missy

ya, cause I am SURE they have abstained from sex through their 3 year relationship so need a long honeymoon to consummate their marriage.

    • BJohnson

Rich people can honeymoon anytime they want. You think they have another job to go to after taping wraps for the show? LOL

    • ADurham

If having a “true marriage” means you have to go on a honeymoon then I guess I’ve just been living in sin the past 5 years. Not everyone goes on a honeymoon. And what does it matter anyway? They’ve been living together for how long now? DVRing TB and watching the Emmys so I can glimpse sexy Skarsgard in a tux! YUM!!!!

  • Michelle

They got married on Saturday; the Emmys are this coming Sunday. That’s a whole WEEK in between. Plenty of time for a honeymoon. Sheesh. I’m sure Anna’s had her Emmy dress picked out for weeks now. Cut them some slack. I’m just glad that Alex is going to be there. He’s actually WORKING over hiatus!

    • Liz

I agree! And it’s obvious they were coming to the Emmys anyway, they’re in for best drama!
And the honeymoon doesn’t have to end… :)

  • deb

Just because you go out present doesn’t mean the honeymoons over , but ….. I am so glad Alex is going to be there …. That man brings on a whole new Hot TV show meaning ….. Dam he is fine too bad he didn’t sweep Anna off her feet first :(

    • MRK

Alex is good-looking, but he doesn’t have half the personality Stephen does. The man is charming and funny and down-to-earth. Anna is a lucky girl!!

      • jenni

Whah? Stephen is better looking than Alex. Lucky Anna.

  • Sarah

Wish Alcide was there too! Oh well, still glad Anna, Stephen and Alex will be there.

  • Nick Ramsland

But will they be naked and covered in blood?

    • Colette

      Yeah, we wish!

  • MissDemeanor

Q: How do two boring actors steal the thunder from the REAL star of a show?
A: Get married just before the three of them present an award together.

    • MRK

The real star? LOL. That’s funny.

      • Erin

Real Star? Haha you’re right MRK, it is funny.

I bet you that was their evil plan all along. “Lets get married just so the paparazzi can stalk us instead, we demand 100% focus – muhahaha”.

  • Katie

Like anyone who watches True Blood will even be watching Sunady night when the Emmy’s air. Hmmm, isn’t the show on at 9 on Sundays???

  • MarleneEmmett

This is going to be real interesting~especially since Alex wasn’t at the wedding!
i’m watching the emmy’s and catching TB later on OnDemand!

    • jenni

What does that mean – interesting because he wasn’t at the wedding? They are friends. They like each other. Sheesh.

  • ?

What else is TB up for ?

  • Katyo

Yay! Maybe I’ll watch the Emmys now. Really hope True Blood wins.

  • kim

Look forward to seeing them. How many TB episodes are left?

  • BJohnson

Alexander will be clothed, where’s the thrill in that?
