Cobie Smulders knows the identity of the bride and groom getting hitched on How I Met Your Mother this season, and she’s… unfortunately not squealing. Bummer. She is, however, sharing her thoughts on the top-secret nuptials, which we’ll sneak a peek at in the Sept. 20 season premiere. The actress—whom I caught up with at last night’s 2010 Entertainment Weekly and Women in Film pre-Emmy bash—also previews the next chapter in the Robin Sparkles saga, hinting that the follow-up to “Let’s Go to the Mall” and “Sandcastles in the Sand” will be “loaded with sexual innuendo,” and proposes a new nickname for her Emmy-winning costar Neil Patrick Harris. if you have seen the first episode of season 6 u notice that Ted is the Best Man. In my opinion there are 2 possible scenarios 1) cindy and that girl she kisses and get married, and they ask Ted to be the Best Man because he was the one who made cindy realize that she was a lesbian. and 2) Barney and Robin, reason being that there was a moment where barney and robin share this look (when she returns from changing) and also barney has always said that ted is his best friend and i am sure that barney would ask him to be his best man. those are the best scenario’s (also cobie smulders said she was pleased with who gets married)

it couldn’t be zoey because well zoey is married to the captain and in when ted was going to marry stella he said that things might have been different if he didnt invite exs and it showed the kidsas blonds. so my theroy is that teds wife the mother of his children must be a brunette meaning it couldn’t be zoey
1.It could be Ted’s bestfriend from high school Pudgy because Pudgy did ask Ted to be his best man
2.or perhaps just saying that it might be stella and tony?
3.or the theroy with cindy and the other girl because cindy would have invited her roomate and lilly did say that the best man was required meaning lilly would have had to be close to the bride and groom
4. or robin and barney beacuse barney wasnt outside with ted and marshel and lilly is close to robin and barney.
