Comedy Central has reason to crow these days: Thanks to shows like The Daily Show with Jon Stewart and Tosh.O, the cable network posted record ratings among young adults and men for the months of July and August. The network was also No. 1 in cable this summer among men 18-34 and men 18-24.
Tosh.0 was the most-watched series in all of TV on Wednesdays with men 18-34 and men 18-24, while the return of Futurama and the Comedy Central Roast of David Hasselhoff helped the network earn double-digit increases among adults 18-49 (up 25%), adults 18-34 (up 35%), men 18-34 (up 37%) and men 18-24 (up 27%) versus the same period last year.
Jon Stewart and The Colbert Report also posted their highest-rated summers ever among total viewers, adults, and men.
Also Its Always sunny in Philadelphia marathon on Monday nights.

Everything is reality crap, cooking shows done every which way you can imagine, dancing shows, talent shows….. it irritates me to no end.

I love The Daily Show, Colbert Report, IASIP…but Tosh.O…really? That’s the most watched show on all tv on Wednesdays? Ugh. I literally feel myself getting dumber each time I catch even a minute of that horrible show.
There’s nothing else on television like the Daily Show and the Colbert Report; plus, they’re f***ing awesome!!
I love the Daily Show and Jon Stewart. All through the horrendous Bush years, the only time I could watch Duyba was when Stewart was making fun of him. Way to go, Jon!
