Michael Badalucco, who played Jimmy Berluti on the David E. Kelley drama from 1997 to 2004, will join the CBS sudser starting Oct. 13. He’ll recur as Hogan, a tough bookie who helps Jeff (Ted Shackelford) and Kevin (Greg Rikaart) come up with cash to help pay for Jeff’s nightclub/restaurant, Gloworm.
Most recently, Badalucco did stints on In Plain Sight, Cold Case and Monk. He won an Emmy in 1999 for his role on The Practice.

Not another ridiculous primetime star on Y&R! This is getting ridiculous.
Actually, I fondly remember this actor from the Practice, and I keep hoping someone will recognize his talents and give him a full time gig on prime time. He is vastly underrated.
Thank you, EW, for opening an old wound and reminding me of one of my fave shows ever, The Practice – which is still not available on DVD. Such a travesty.
