Exclusive: 'Human Target' zeroes in on 'Wonderfalls' grad Tracie Thoms

chi-mcbrideImage Credit: Chris Hatcher/PR Photos; Mathieu Young/FoxRemember the episode of Ausiello TV in which Chi McBride revealed that Human Target was casting Winston’s ex, Michelle? Well, I’ve just learned exclusively that Wonderfalls and Cold Case alum Tracie Thoms has nabbed the plum part!

While the former missus will help out her onetime other half, I hear she won’t exactly be thrilled about it. Can’t blame her, either. His workaholism killed their marriage, after all.

Does Michelle maybe, just maybe, still have feelings for Winston? It’ll be hard to tell with her; she plays things close to the vest. But since the character may recur after she debuts in episode 5 (airing in November), there’s a good chance we’ll find out.

Oh, and by the by, Desperate Housewives nutjob Roger Bart also guests in the episode.

Good news? Or are you too busy counting down to Target‘s Oct. 1 season premiere to care? Let loose below!

I can hardly wait for this show to start up again! I hope other people discover it so that it can stay on the air. It has everything going for it: tons of action, humor, great characters, and a mysterious backstory that doesn’t bog everything down, just keeps you intrigued to learn the rest.

I’m right there with you. I love this show, but dont know really anybody else that watches it. I hope it gets the viewers it needs to stick around for awhile

SOOOO looking forward to this. Adore Mark Valley, and love the cast, so far. This is so good, I bet the Hawaii Five O remake doesn’t even come close.

  • Danielle

I loved Wonderfalls very very much but you do realize she was on Cold Case for many years after Wonderfalls ended.

  • Michael

Can they just sign her up for the season? Wonderfalls and Pushing Daisies on a show I actually like is almost too good to be true. In the ep can they please go undercover as Emerson and Mahandra Cod?

  • bandit

Wasn’t she on Cold Case, too? Anyway, it will be fun to find out more about Winston. Love the show and our whole family is looking forwatd to its return.

I just can’t wait for Human Target to resume. It’s like a little Bond movie every week. So fun!

I saw her at the Hollywood Bowl this summer, in a Neil Patrick Harris-directed production of RENT. She rocked!

YES YES YES YES! Is this role recurring?! I SURE HOPE SO!

  • tristram

Funny, since Wonderfalls and Pushing Daisies were both made by Bryan Fuller and even had a crossover with the Muffin Lady. If only both shows had continued!

  • Dave

Mahondra joining Emerson Cod? Pure heaven!

  • ver

I am excited–I really like Tracie Thomas! I can’t wait for the new season to start!!!

For God sake can’t you keep a show going, Keen Eddie wasn’t on long enough for people to get accustomed to it being on, We can’t watch all stations at once, so KEEP HUMAN TARGET ON
