Scoop: 'Glee' cast gets miniaturized!

Tags: , , News, Scoop

Methinks Glee is about to answer the centuries-old question, “What does a 5-year-old boy look like with a Mohawk?” Sources confirm that the Fox phenom is looking for kindergarten-aged actors and actresses to play kiddie versions of Puck, Santana, Rachel, Brittany, and Mercedes in this season’s seventh episode. Why? Beats me. Got a theory? Hit the comments!

Young versions? Well, apparently it will be somebody’s dream or fantasy…

    • Real Jersey Jeff

My Fantasy is they cancel this garbage and bring back Lone Star.

      • Rant Elsewhere.

Glee rocks. If you want to spread Glee hate, do it on a forum or something. Stop being so bitter.

      • Dee

Yes, because it’s the fault of a show that actually has great ratings, strong promotion and is into a second strong year that a freshman drama with poor promotion, craptastic lead ins and a badly executed promotional plan failed.

        To summarize, BAWWWWWW.

      • The First Jersey Jeff

Your fantasy should be to be able to come up with your own nickname and not be a total d-bag.

      • Tracey

        You SAD idiot !!!

  • Michael Sacal

Mr. Mxyzptlk pays the school a visit.

    • Roobecca

As in the elf messer from Lois and Clark??? Dude, you are super awesome!!!

I can’t wait for kiddie flashbacks, I like that they have history, I bet either Quinn or Santana was friends with Rachel when they first started school together.

    • Susan

He was on Superfriends too. Awesome.

  • ch701

No mini Finn? Why the hell not?

    • mike

Possibly because they are keeping previous kiddie Finn? Although I guess he was older than kindergarten-aged, wasn’t he?…

  • nevin

    YES!

    • Real Jersey Jeff

      NO!

      • Tom

        Chillax, Jeff.

  • Carrie #2

Oh my god, that’s just adorable. Great idea!

    • Jen

      Spoiler-

Have you guys seen the picture of Chris with the little kid who plays a young version of him in tonight’s episode? Crazy identical, and so very adorable!

  • Lorie

Ooh, this really does sound adorable.

  • Ann S

Ye gods, are they going to sing Sesame Street songs?

    • silverrose

yep, with katty perry as a guest star

      • john stamos

Don’t say that! Then it will never make it onto the air.

  • karenbelgrad

No mini-Finn probably mean that Finn has a Billy Madison-esque fantasy where he has to go back to kindergarten.

  • yszi

I’m going to go with flashback episode!

    • Bobby’s Robot

      Jim Henson’s Glee Babies

  • saint of E. 69th st

mercedes should be played by the skiniest 5-year old they can find…britany by a silent kid..rachel by a fluffy kid..santana by the prettiest kid they can find and puck by a cross-dressing kid..finn..blah who cares..mike chang by Ken Leoung

    • Mark

Santana is the prettiest girl on the show right now, so wouldn’t she need an ugly kid to play her, based on your other ideas?

    • santana

      A fluffy kid?

    • Finn Rocks

What do you mean by ‘Finn blah who cares’? He is main reason i watch glee you are a fool!!!!!!

  • PooiGirl

hahaha annoying rachel, badass puck and santana, adorable brittany and diva mercedes as 5 year old <3

  • Karin

don’t really care much for them to be honest, but PLEASE tell me i will see Quinn as a kid to? And Artie?

    • Alyssa

I forget was Artie always handicapped or was it from an accident cause then they should totally bring in a mini Artie and show him before he was in a wheel chair :)

      • Pat

        It was from an accident.

    • veronique

I completely agree with you Karin. I just want to see Quinn, she’s my fav!

  • Baby Buster

Ugh, child actors are the worst, but a quick flashback could be cute.

  • Mark

Dreams of the future and what their kids will be like.

  • Cara

Why is their no young version of Quinn and Artie? They are the only two, besides Puck, that would be interesting
