Although a Peacock rep declined to comment, insiders tell me the network and Warner Bros. Television are ironing out the final details of the back-nine order as we speak.
Earlier this month, Chuck cocreator Josh Schwartz expressed cautious optimism about his little-show-that-could surviving past its initial order of 13 episodes. “NBC is really happy with it creatively,” he said. “This is Chuck. We never say die.”
Currently in its fourth season, Chuck has become a steady performer for NBC on Mondays at 8 pm. And in this climate, steady is the new up!

If Supernatural was on NBC it’d be a completely neutered version. They censor the word “dick” on that channel. So no, they don’t need to be on NBC. HBO maybe, but definitely not NBC. Not sure why you drew a comparison between Chuck and SPN, though. They have nothing to do with each other.
Supernatural on HBO…I can only imagine. It would have been better, sweatier, and sexier than True Blood…BEST thing i’ve read today. Thoughts of Sam and Dean =)

Supernatural and Chuck are my two favorite shows. And I have to agree with Ruby that an NBC version of SPN would be really sad. It works where it is. And Chuck is awesome, so either give it a chance or give it a break.
totally. supernatural is awesome on the cw, i like it where it is. chuck is fine one nbc as well… i refrain from saying awesome because they seem to do this every year “lets get 13 eps and see how it does… oh pretty good, full season it is then” why don’t they just realise chuck is bloody brilliant and give full seasons already? maybe they like the fan rallying.
