Call it Teen Mom: The Next Generation. MTV confirms that a new cast of young mothers will share their hectic lives with cameras in a season set to start airing in January. The network isn’t revealing any details yet — including which 16 and Pregnant subjects will be graduating to Teen Mom status — nor will it say whether this means the end of viewers’ inside looks at original stars Farrah Abraham, Maci Bookout, Catelynn Lowell, and Amber Portwood. Crews have shot footage of those girls with an eye toward another season, but producers have yet to determine how that will be used.

awww I’ll miss Maci and Bentlaaayyy
They have to at least show Maci and Bentley!
They can get rid of Amber and Farrah (I cant stand to look at her when she is crying!), but I really enjoy Maci!
I’m super bummed – I love all of them – except Amber. That girl can rot.
I wasn’t that impressed with the second season cast of 16 & Pregnant, but maybe by focusing on just a few of them, it will give them a chance to tell more of the story.
I still can’t wipe from my memory the girl who screamed bloody murder the entire time she gave birth. Just screaming and screaming. That right there should be birth control enough for the younger generation.
Great. So now more stupid girls are out there getting pregnant so they can have their own show on MTV. Glamorize it MTV and take advantage of kids for $$$ which you have bee doing since your inception. How about spending $$$ to keep these kids from getting pregnant in the first place? How about following them into the future maybe 20 years when they have 5 kids by 5 different dads, are on welfare, and are selling drugs or doing drugs to keep themselves and their family alive. How about showing how they destroyed their lives and the lives of their kids by focusing on a woman/man/couple who went thru this 20 years ago and are still paying the price into the next generation. How about a 46 year old great-grandmom, with a 30 year old daughter who is a grandmom, and her 16 year old daughter who is a mom? Now that would bring the ratings!!!
Can we do some cross-programming and send all those deadbeat baby daddys over to Bully Beatdown to get straightened out?
They need a Gary spin-off ASAP….I need some Gary Time!!!
