    why?

    • Monty

Celebrity Judge for Nationals. Calling it right now.

      • Melissa

        Oooh! Good one!

      • anonymous

Or Sue Sylvestor news show antagonist…?

      • Monty

And if I’m right, i’m sure she will have a line referencing how appropriate/inappropriate the outfits are for a team in the competition or the song/dance being too suggestive as a nod to the criticism of the GQ pics.

      • BlackIrish4094

Do oyu think you wre the only person to think of that? Yeah, you and 6 million other Glee viewers at least. Ryan Murphy will put on more pathetic guest stars who don’t belong on the show: I’m calling it right now!!

      • Seqvere

I just took a dump that weighed 7.3 Courics.

      • murley

blackirish- why are you so bitter?

      • JINX

@ Seqvere – Well I just took a dump that weighed 7.5 Courics! Loved that episode, LMAO.

    • Blessings

kati . . ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz agh fell asleep reading about this non-event

  • LOL

Just when you think this show can’t get any worse…

  • JJ

Why? Is that news anchor gig not working for her?

  • jj

Seriously, stop with the guest spots. I love the show but am getting sick of it.

  • mark in nyc

    I hate the infotainment world.

It is like the movie Network has all come true.

  • Val

    Ish.

  • Jack

    Paris Hilton, you’re on deck.

  • suebrody

What happened to the central characters?!

    • Cara

      She can’t sing or dance…..GHHEESH!

      DUMB.

      • Ryan

And what part of this article led you to believe she will be singing or dancing? Oh yeah… none.

  • Sam

this show is so fustrating- good one week really crappy the next-stop the stunt casting and sell out sh*t.

  • Chris

I would say wait to hear what they are doing with her until everyone gets so up in arms. I honestly think Glee has the highest success rate in terms of making great use of guest stars. Sure there are quite a few of them but ‘The Substitute’ ‘Dream On’ and both Kristin Chenoweth episodes have all been major wins in term of episode quality.

I am pretty sure Couric’s role is a small spot in the Super Bowl episode anyway. Not a big deal.

    • Beth

I believe she is involved in the Cheerios Regionals, I suspect he role is along the lines of what Josh Groban has done, very small and to the point.

    • Dan

Superbowl is on Fox this year, so I doubt CBS would let her appear in the post-game slot. Actually, it is surprising that CBS is allowing this cross-over at all except when you consider that twice as many people watch “Glee” as watch Couric on the news so it is great publicity with a younger audience. Plus, she can add it to her resume when CBS kicks her to the curb and makes Harry Smith the anchor of the nightly news.

  • Sam

this show doesnt have depth anymore-the characters are almost cartoons.

    • siobhan

Almost? I loved this show last year, but not so much this year.

    • Cat

The writing has really gone to he’ll this season.

      • jackson

The writing has always been terrible.

  • Pass

Sounds like a good episode for me to skip!

  • Bobbi

Yuck. Are they trying to kill this show?

  • C’mon

There’s already a lack of character development for many of the originals and these guest stunts aren’t making it happen by constantly focusing the spotlight and story on them.

  • SugarToots

Oh God! Why? Why? Why? She’s such a prude and a bore!
