Not one, but two Pauls will grace the stage of Saturday Night Live this weekend. Paul Rudd stars in the upcoming film How Do You Know, with Reese Witherspoon and Owen Wilson, while Sir Paul was in a little band called The Beatles and knows the Queen of England. From the photo above, Paul 1 and Paul 2 seem to be getting along swimmingly — those matching outfits, those longing gazes! Forget about Jason Segel (but not really), Paul Rudd will have a new best friend come Monday morning. Will Sir Paul let Paul Rudd slappa da bass?

Swoooooooooooooooooon!
I DEMAND JOEL MCHALE AS HOST! I DEMAAAAAAAAND IT!
Why does SNL let this fossil perform on their show? He hasn’t been musically relevant in over 40 years. If even he ever was.
Not musically relevant in over 40 years? Well…your show-loving Lady Gaga wouldn’t make the kind of music she makes if not for him and the Beatles.
And believe me…she won’t be relevant any more in some years, he will be relevant forever!
Be quiet and go back to listening to your crappy Lady gaga. Paul has done more for music than lady gaga will EVER do in her probably short lived career.
Are you out of your freaking mind? You must be all of 10. Just because someone is over the age of (gasp!) 25 does not mean they are no longer relevant! Let me tell you something, you wouldn’t have the music you have today without the little band this “fossil” was in. Grow up and appreciate talent. I can appreciate Lady Gaga though she’s not my first choice… I can still recognize talent. Sheesh.
You are an idiot, Paul is the best selling artist of all time. Look it up. He is still selling out every stadium he preform’s in. He just preformed at the White House last weekend. He also just was honored with a Kennedy award, which is the highest honor you can get in the U.S. Lady Blagh Blagh? Oh Please!!
pretty bold statement there, gaga fan. whoooa.
either you’re an ignorant teenager or you’ve just been living under a rock. it’s ok to be a df.
Best SNL music performance ever: Give Peace a Chance!
g
LOL…..your screen name says it all.
I have extremely high hopes for this show!!!!
Paul Rudd was an intentionally unconvincing John Lennon in “Walk Hard: The Dewey Cox Story”.
Ah…I love both of them. This episode I’ll watch.
And you’re right, Dwigt. Paul Rudd even broke the fourth wall when he looked into the camera as Lennon and said “In meditation, there no limit to what one can…imagine”
will set my dvr for this one!
I WOULD LOVE to be there to see Sir Paul in person! What’s the reason why he’s there?
Because Brenda Lee was unavailable.
He’s promoting his newly remastered Band on the Run CD.
Holy crap!! I had no idea that they would be the host/musical guest! Can’t wait til Saturday!!
Aaaaaaah. Paul Rudd.
Can’t wait for this episode!
Ok so he’s kind of a Baldwin….
I LOVE PAUL RUDD!!!
Gotta love the Clueless reference! What an awesome movie!
Will Sir Paul let Paul Rudd slappa da bass?
God I hope so, that would be hilarious
Paul Rudd is my dream man! he is so hot. Love him I love you, man. Laters on the menjis… I could quote that movie all day lol totes magotes
WOw, I know it’s doctored but Paul does NOT look almost 70 in this photo. More, like almost 40.
Not doctored. I’ve seen Paul in person in recent years and he looks great!
Paul McCartney looked amazing on SNL. It must have done him good to unload the last wife.
Best snl lineup ever. But still can’t muster up interest in ‘How do you know’. Reece is b.o./film integrity poison, why didn’t Rudd and Wilson just do a bromance movie?? Woulda been more appealing.
this is an episode I’ll watch! Paul Rudd is my favorite.
Went to Junior High and High School with Rudd. He always had that extra spark. Lucky bastard standing next to Sir Paul.
Damn, I don’t know which Paul is cuter!
Sir Paul, no doubt.
If this was 1978 it could have been Paul Lynde and Pail McCartney.
