A publicist for the actor confirms to EW that the former Baywatch and Knight Rider star will join the judging panel at Britain’s Got Talent, more than a week after it was announced he was in talks for the gig.
The former America’s Got Talent judge will fill one of two recently available spots, with the other going to British comedian Michael McIntyre, according to the United Kingdom Press Association. The panel will also include existing judge Amanda Holden, and Simon Cowell will lend his critiques during the live portions of the show.

He needs money to eat… and buy liquor so he can beat up his children.
We all need to comme togather as a nation and bowcott David. I have the time Im unemployed with to much time onmy hands and living at home with my mother and her husbend. I can start a petition, who’s en.?
If you want to become employed again, you should really brush up on your spelling. I would not hire someone who spelled as badly as you do. Oh… and leave David alone.
Good for him. No matter what people say.
How funny. But then again “America”s Got Talent” has Piers Morgan and Sharon Osbourne on the judges panel so its only fitting that “Britain’s Got Talent” gets an American. And if that doesn’t work out there’s always “Albania’s Got Talent” to fall back on.
