Image Credit: Isabella Vosmikova/BravoEW has learned that agent Chad Rogers, 33, has left Bravo’s real estate-focused reality series Million Dollar Listing. His replacement for the show’s fourth season: agent Josh Altman, a big player in the L.A. real estate game who sold $38 million in property in the past year and currently holds an inventory of $50 million in listings. One of Altman’s recent sales in L.A.’s Beverly Park neighborhood went for a hefty $16.5 million, and was the sixth-largest sale in Los Angeles county in 2010.
Altman joins the cast alongside Josh Flagg, who’s been on Million Dollar Listing for the past two seasons, and Madison Hildebrand, who has appeared on the series since it premiered in August of 2006. Season 4 is set to debut on Feb. 1.

Was just wondering if this series was coming back. There was absolutely nothing to like about Chad, from his completely douchey behavior to his stupid haircut. He was only good for causing a lot of drama, but seeing him onscreen just made me angry, so good riddance!
I totally agree! And all of his little interviews seem so planned…like he practiced what he was going to say before he actually said it for the camera.

Andy Cohen and that douchebag from flipping out remain on Bravo, but Chad Is gone? ..Wow….thank god, Tabatha is still there!( yes I know her show is formulaic, but I just love an Aussie dropping the F-bomb like there is no tomorrow!)
Andy Cohen is Brano’s Senior Vice President of Original Programming and Development. I don’t think he’s going anywhere.
He must have done something really bad to be fired because that network sure has its share of a$$hats, so his personality couldn’t have been the reason. I may have to start watching again.

But I bet he was kicked off because Bravo is uncomfortable having a two to three straight men to gay men ratio on any of its shows. The fact that they have any straight people on their shows anymore is something or a miracle.

“The Chad” is gone. Cant say that I am sad. He was not my favorite on the show by far. Interesting, interesting indeed.
I’ve only seen a couple of episodes of this show but it is among the worst “reality” shows. Nothing that happens on this show is spontaneous.
That Chad guy is such an weird dude. Even if I had the money I could never see myself buying a house from him. But I will miss Joel McHale skewering him on The Soup.

Don’t they ever cancel any of these BRAVO reality shows? This show was no guilty pleasure as most reality shows are. Many Americans can’t even pay a modest rent, let alone, buy one of those extravagant homes.

Didn’t watch the clip, so no comment on the new guy, but do not think I’ll miss Chad much — he was sometimes fun to watch because he was so ridiculous. Love Madison, though!
This show is HYSTERICAL and I’m so glad its coming back! The new guy Josh, looks like he’s going to bring some reality and humor too based on his huge sales in a tough market!

Thank god this show is back. It’s the best of reality real estate shows on TV. Im so excited to see the new houses and drama and new cast member!
