Weirder than Jenna dating a guy who plays her in a drag show? “We’ll try,” Fey says.
Also coming up this season: [SPOILER ALERT!!!] Matt Damon will return as Liz Lemon’s pilot boyfriend, Carol, but, alas, don’t expect him to stick around. “We are going to break up,” Fey says. “It had to happen because he has to go make movies.” Better news? Tracy may clinch a key piece of his EGOT, and we might just get to see a whole half-hour of wife Angie’s reality show, Queen of Jordan (co-starring her hairdresser, natch). “We’re hoping to, maybe, if we can get away with it, do an entire episode that’s just an episode of Queen of Jordan,” Fey says. “Now I’m just superimposing my own TV viewing habits onto 30 Rock.“

No surprise on the Liz/Carol breakup. Tina dropped that bomb on Regis & Kelly when she was promoting Megamind. Two months later, I’m still not okay with it! But I’m completely on board with “Queen of Jordan.”

Putting her with Wesley Snipes would be the worst possible ending to the show. Liz Lemon deserves some happiness in her life. Wesley is a funny red herring, but no way do I want to see him as her Prince Not-So-Charming.

An entire episode of Queen of Jordan? Well, T.Fey I hope Liz Lemon’s going to appear in episode like this too, otherwise I personally won’t watch the show. I mean wtf? I have not intentions to watch only on Tracy’s wife and some guests, or whatever.
I could watch show without Jack Donaghy though, that would be easy.
Well, if it was an enitre episode of Queen of Jordan, I’d assume it would be a time when Angie would be visiting the TGS sound stage or something. That way the cameras would be following her around as she interacted with her husband and Jack and Liz and all the rest.
Matt Damon’s character hasn’t really added anything to the show. They just got a famous actor to do a cameo but didn’t really know how to use him. Bring back Wesley instead.
you do know wesley snipes is in jail and will be for awhile. he has a 3 years sentence. how much fot hat he serves who knows. but he won’t be returning to 30 rock anytime soon

Sad to hear about the Liz & Carol breakup. I realize Matt Damon needs to go make movies, but Carol really had the perfect job to be a boyfriend who is always out of town and not on the show each week. Maybe Liz can have a quick fling with Dennis the Beeper King to help get over Carol???

They never really used Damon as well as they could have, he was just kinda there. I don’t want her to get back with Wesley cause I dont want Liz to end up with someone who treats her like crap…which he does.

I really liked the idea of Liz and Carol being together. So weird, but so right! Why can’t Damon stick around? yeah he’s a movie star but he can get a bigger fanbase with a tv role. I know they drag big stars in for guest spots but having one in the main cast, or at least a recurring role like Damon has been doing, would be pretty cool! Ugh…hollywood >:(

Really hope Avery/Jack break up/baby is not his. Avery is probably the worst of all his girlfriends, especially comedy AND chemistry wise.
Also, they need to cast a female that is Alec Baldwin’s equivalent; Elizabeth Banks just doesn’t cut it.
