In tonight’s episode of Teen Mom 2, Chelsea will reunite with her on-again, off-again boyfriend, Adam, who infamously texted the mom during 16 & Pregnant that their child, Aubree, was “a mistake.” In this exclusive clip, Chelsea finds Adam in the most surprising of circumstances—feeding their baby like a good daddy outside on her porch. That textmessage scene made me cry like crazy, can’t believe they’re together O.O Hopefully hes finelly grown up..
I think it’s seriously sad that she is so grateful and moved that the father/boyfriend is actually helping care for his baby. To quote Chris Rock, “You’re *Supposed* to take care of your kids you low expectation mother f*cker!” You don’t get (or give!) special props for doing something that that should have been done all along and should just be a given. I know he’s just a kid and everyone deserves a second chance, but really, it’s just sad.
Adam shouldn’t be believed. he called his own kid a “mistake”. that’s something that Chelsea should take into account everyday. It’s unforgivable. Just because he comes back a few months later and says “i’m sorry, i miss you” (in a text yet again) doesn’t mean he should be forgiven so easily. Also, notice he ALREADY has friends hanging out there at HER house? ass.
I can’t judge Chelsea because many of my friends who were teen moms became deadset on finding a boyfriend/husband/or getting back with the (many times horrible) dads of their babies. These are young girls here and they don’t want to be alone and really feel like their dating pool is little to nothing. My friends who had children were way more obsessed on finding a partner than the girls that didnt’ have children. Now that I’m in my 30′s I’ve realized that many adult women act the same way. So many people seem to look for relationships the way illogical teenage girls do.
-Personally, chelsea is my favorite besides leah. But chelsea is my absolute fave teen mom. She is determined to finish school. I really admire that about her. <3333
