I still miss Wash. =(
Me too. I watched Dollhouse and V only to get a glimpse of Alan Tudyk. He needs to be back on a show already. Him, Kaylee, and Simon. It’s cruel that the one I see the most is Saffron. Seriously?
When they made Alan Tudyk’s seemingly good character into a bad guy on the pilot episode of V, I was so upset. I was like “No! Wash can’t be a bad guy!”
“I am a leaf on the wind.
Watch how I soar.”
A moment of silence for Wash.
So nearly Haiku
Wash will forever be loved and missed by geek everywhere
I want a shirt that say the leaf on the wind quote
Oh yeah. I am pumped up. Love me some Firefly! Hot diggety dog.
I watch Castle, because I want to see what Captain Mal was like before the earth got all used up.
I love Firefly, without a doubt the best show to ever be cancelled. I love it and a I miss it but I really love Castle too so it is wonderful that at least I still get my weekly fix of Nathan
OMG, if they could bring it back, that would be great but I would only watch it if Nathan was Mal..
AWESOME!
Sweetness! I really miss this show.
If they had a different musical intro, I think it would have done better. Its a amazing show!! <3
“The Ballad of Serenity” was the perfect intro to the show. It told the story of the show!
Sorry Joelle but that comment is just wrong. The music was fabulous, it was so haunting that I’d find myself humming it for days after…
Just make sure they show them in the right order this time, not like Fox.
Right, because putting them in order would have definitely drawn in 20 million viewers each episode.
If you get a kick out of the oriental swearing on Firefly, The roll playing book has translations in the back.
Although I own the series on DVD, I may still have to watch because I love learning about the real-life science behind it. Popular Mechanics did the same thing after each Lost episode. I am sure someone now is doing it with Fringe.
I can’t think of another show that was marketed worse. I only decided to check out the show on DVD when I heard that the movie “Serenity” (which was a month away from opening at the time) was a continuation of that “little” TV show Fox cancelled despite its critical raves. I’m sure if the show were to be revived now, the fan support would rival the Trekkie phenomenon of the 1970s.
Terriers marketing was worse than Firefly. Both of these shows were brilliant.
Terriers and Firefly have Tim Minear (executive producer/writer) in common. And Terriers is the only show that even comes close to Firefly greatness. So I’m giving his new show, The Chicago Code, a chance.
One of the best shows no one ever watched.
So true. Because of these 14 episodes I follow NF wherever he goes. He is a gifted actor, and a rare one who can do the funny as well as the serious.
Best. Damn. Show. EVER.
Question 1:
“What was the part about playing the character?”
Did you have a stroke? This makes no sense.
