Dear Robert Downey Jr.,
Please slap some sense into Charlie Sheen, and show him what kind of good things can happen to you when you get straight and stop acting like a colossal, drug-abusing idiot.
Regards,
Everyone
Best comment on the board. Bravo.
Couldn’t have said it better! Thank you!
Was it that hard to seek to fire the guy through proper channels and being direst about it? Did CBS etc. need to go through the media cronies? Either way this fan will not watch the show because of the defaming and “piling on”.
I always thought the 1/2 man referred to the kid…guess it meant Charlie all the time.
I agree with Antoinette. Sheen has had drug issues and behavior issues for a LONG time. Warner Bros. canceled the series before Sheen went off on his media ranting. Thank God the pay for the rest of the cast was pulled out of WB’s butts before they officially fired Sheen.
It is about time, now if he can just go away will be perfect.
How ’bout this open mouth insert foot!!!! First cocaine use shows on your ass, skinny …pale…jittery!!!Sheen get a grip!
Job gone, kids gone. women…gone. what’s next???Life? almost gone keep going buddy, we will see you on the other side. If your lucky!? I know where I’m going…
BiWinning!
For the first time in the history of my TV-viewing life I’m HOPING they’ll recast the role and allow the rest of the cast and crew to continue on with their jobs. There are a number of people who could step in and take over–Sheen is not the entire show as far as I’m concerned. And in light of all of this, I’d love to see it continue on… without him.
Bottom line folks…..can YOU go to work and flip off YOUR boss and expect to keep your job?
This.
Everyone is missing the big point here. You’re dealing with a drug addict who is exposing the addiction (at the very least the very obvious ramifications of one) to a minor (his co-star), not to mention his own children. The rest of this he said/he said mess is irrelevant when compared the effect of exposing minors to a drug addict day in/day out. The network did the right thing by firing a guy who refuses to truly acknowledge his real issues.
If any judge hears the claim of breach of contract with any merit than they will cater to sheens irresponsible behavior i hope we stop rewarding this fool.
make an example of sheen if anyone else would speak the way he did about their bosses they would be fired.
Charlie is a man on a very self-destructive course despite what he may say or believe. The graveyards are full of those who believed they could escape the clutches of continual substance abuse. Charlie, get some help before it’s too late. Seriously.
It’s got nothing to do with morals and everything to do with the insults.
They started addressing the Sheen issues before he went off on his boss. The guy’s a nutjob and his open comments of drug abuse and obviously escalating insane and erratic behavior, flaunting it to the media and public-at-large, as well as his bosses, are enough of a reason to discharge him.
I am not for either side. I am neutral. I am just more mad that I didn’t get to see Charlie’s reaction when he finally figures out Rose’s husband is a mannequin.
It would of ended next year anyways. Angus T. Jones is getting old. It couldn’t of been called two and 1/2 men anymore.
If CBS cancels the show. Fox could bring it back using another studio. Charlie Sheen could be back and change the title to 3 men.
