Horrible singer. Her winning attitude and diva demeanor was discordant and disproportionate to her actual talent.

    • oldies music

I liked her performance and song. I think maybe she went home so early because the music she picked was old fashioned oldies music(which I like–but oldies music is risky to do when you need to get people to vote for you)

      • Annia

The oldies have nothing to do with it. She just didn’t have the connection with the lyrics & therefore, failed to convey it to the audience & viewers. Casey & James sang some of the oldies & they made the songs their own & modern. It’s just how one interprets the song, really.

  • Jennifer

Apparently her all was really, really terrible. She should never have been one of the people chosen to sing for a wild card spot, let alone actually be a wild card. Bye-bye Ashthon. Take your unjustified diva attitude and go. Don’t let the door hit you in the @ss on your way out.

  • Lisa Simpson

    That just wasn’t very good.

  • Justin

    It wasn’t good.
    She deserved to go!

  • Poinsy

I never thought she should have made it in the wild card selection. Not sorry to see her go.

    America has spoken. Twice!

One of the few generic contestants this year. There’s a lot of diversity in whose left in the Top 12.

    • dctoronto

I’d add Thia, Karen and sadly Pia to that list of generic contestants.

Can we use the judges’ save on Kendra C.?

  • Erick

It was so rigth that Ashton is out. She wasn’t even close to the talent of other contestants. Another wasted wild card spot. Haven’t they learned over the years?? Kendra! Kendra! Kendra! Please bring Kendra back! KENDRA CHANTELLE ROCKS!

Why do the women always go first?

  • jj

PAUL is the WORST of the bunch, but the women always get voted off thanks to the teenage girls voting.

Great article. I can¡¯t wait to hear more about your research tool. If it is as good as your other products, then you will have another winner. Your article pretty much summed up what I have been seeing too. Great to see some hard data.
