Emmy nominated Friday Night Lights star Connie Britton is headed from a football story to an American Horror Story: EW has confirmed that the former Tami Taylor is set to star in the network’s drama pilot American Horror Story, which comes from Glee creators Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk. Details about the pilot are scant, but Britton is set to play Vivien Harmon, the wife of a therapist, who will be the show’s other central character and has yet to be cast. Murphy is directing the pilot, and production on it will being next month after Glee wraps its current season.

I hope there is a gay character. He is great at writing gay story lines. A gay Kyle Chandler would be awesome! He was my crush when I was younger and watched him on that show where he received the newspaper for the next day. I can’t remember the name of the show. But he was so cute on it.

So it will have approximately 1-2 good seasons, then Ryan Murphy will certainly run it into the ground (creatively) after that, as per usual.
