If you’re a fan of HBO’s Hard Knocks, then you may want to take a gander at Showtime’s upcoming docuseries The Franchise: A Season with the San Francisco Giants.
As EW first reported in January, the new series will give viewers a “front row seat into the lives of the players, coaches and team.” It bows July 13, but the pay cabler will offer a 30-minute preview of the docuseries on April 13 to coincide with the start of the baseball season.
Here’s a sneak peek. Special mention to outfielder Andres Torres, who breaks a sweat in nothing but his True Religion jeans.

I think I’m going to throw up.
wtf? not sure this show is up my alley, but what in this trailer would warrant that comment? wow.
Because I hate the Giants and anything about them always makes me want to throw up.
Wow indeed. You’re a sad human being, Jen K. Go Giants!
WORLD CHAMPIONS!!
How can you “hate” the Giants? Do you know them personally? I certainly hope you are not laughing at the Brian Stow incident because if you are there are no words to describe someone like you.
Bingo. And the fact that the comment was posted on a video about the Giants was….pointless?
GO GIANTS!!!
I’m so excited to watch this and the trailer looks so awesome! I’m not sure I’ll be able to get Showtime and I’ll probably will have to wait till it’s out on DVD, but I can’t wait to see this! Yay for the Giants being able to do this and they are such a great group of guys!
It is incredible how they came together and worked as a team, I just love it!
