Bravo and Real Housewives of New York City alum Bethenny Frankel appear to have a fairy tale romance: The network has confirmed to EW that is has picked up the author and reality star’s spin-off, Bethenny Ever After, for a third season. (The first season of the series was titled Bethenny Getting Married?; Vulture first reported the renewal news.) Frankel’s former home, Real Housewives of New York City, will debut its fourth season on April 7.
