Charlie Sheen is returning to series television for one night… on GSN… on an improv show. The actor will appear on Drew Carey’s upcoming Improv-A-Ganza, a new primetime daily strip series that’s shot before a live audience at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

Those expecting the latest round of Sheen mania, however, will likely be disappointed. The network says the episode was taped in January, back in those innocent carefree days before we knew about warlocks and tiger blood. Sheen’s episode airs April 12.

I can’t believe Charlie would stoop so low. Honestly though, I adore Drew Carey, but Charlie Sheen has really acted like such a idiot, that he is tempted to do anything for money, because Charlie Sheen has no money!!!! Teflon Charlie threw it all away on drugs and women!!!11

Gotta read it all it says it was shot in January, well before everything that recently transpired.

Grandma stopped watching Price Is Right cuz of Drew.
Who’s Line Is It? was a lame improv show!

      • Kevin M.

No, “Whose Line Is It Anyway?” was a great improv show. Drew Carey’s bastardized version, however, was lame. And sucked. And really wasn’t very good, either.

      GSN keeps hiring the losers=Drew,Wendy,Sherri…

Mata: Sheen will make 100 million in the coming years from royalties from 2 1/2 men. And he and Drew are friends, so I don’t see what’s wrong with doing his show. Actors like to do Improv.

  • Oh yeah

New has-been visits old has-been. Yawn!

I misread this headline and thought, “Yay! Dr. Drew is getting hold of Charlie Sheen now!”, then realized it said Drew Carey’s new show, not Drew Pinsky’s. …sigh…

“Dr.” Drew couldn’t put a band-aid on a paper cut.

  • SuckMeter

Great! More Charlie Sheen. I think Charlie Sheen is starting to get tired of Charlie Sheen. Wake me up when he overdoses. @suckmeter

Dr well pseudo “Dr” Drew Pinsky is the ‘has been’, who makes medical diagnostics about people he doesn’t freaking know..it is an insult for the real doctors (and i know what i am talking).
As for Charlie Sheen i am looking forward for this performance, i am more interested than even before by him as an actor and perfomer. Ah and i am a woman and his real life described by the (biased..?..) medias doesn’t interest me, his work interest me pretty big difference.

Charlie Sheen will be the host of a new game show called Let’s Make a Drug Deal. He’s also being considered for another new game show: Who’s Crack Pipe is It Anyway?

Think every contestant on The Price is Right are like their inner Charlie Sheen.

    Drew Carey should’ve taped another
    episode of Improvaganza, and then
    replace the Charlie Sheen episode
    with whoever gueststarred in that
one, in light of Charlie’s antics.
But hey, if Drew wants to try and
alienate The Price Is Right fans in
this way, it would be a lot better
than dedicating a showcase to him.
By the way, TPIR/The Talk crossover
    episode, I won’t watch, because
I’ve grown tired of those stunts
being pulled, but I still love Drew
on The Price Is Right, anyway.

Drew Carey looks like Larry Kings’ slightly younger brother…wtf happened to him???
