I don’t have access to Reelz. However I’ve ordered the DVD which I should get after May 15th. I look forward to watching the Kennedys. Truth be known, I don’t know much about JFK even though I was eleven when he was killed.

I think this is very powerful acting, story is compelling, music score is right on, Katie Holmes is perfect for this role, and did an amazing acting job, she is such a lovely lady!

Katie Holms sounds more like one of The Jersey Shores people. Shame on her coach- she sounds nothing like Jackie

Wow: Did I miss things in the past. I never knew how horrible Joe Kennedy was to do such a horrible thing to his daughter. I had no respect for the Kennedy’s after what Ted Kennedy did, but now I have no respect for any of them.

Wonderful! The actors are great right down to the accent and looks so much like JFK and Jackie! Thanks for picking the series up and disregarding the people that didn’t think it appropriate. We already new all the history behind “Camelot” but was refreshing to relive. Remember when he was killed and cried and went to church for the first time with sincerity. Would like to be alive when Jackie’s papers are released… but afraid that won’t be possible. Thanks, again!

I think The Kennedy’s is wonderful! I too didn’t realize what a snake Joe was until now. I still “love” the Kennedy’s and will continue to be a “Kennedy Catholic”. I think Greg is doing an amazing job as JFK and deserves an award for his performance. Wish there were less commercials, glad for the DVR. I will miss this miniseries when it’s over, it’s been great! Thanks Reelz for airing it.

It is so realistic, it’s like walking
back in time. Everyone plays their
part so well. It’s really good.

I’ve really enjoyed watching the mini series “The Kennedys”. I have friends that don’t get the Reelz channel and would love to watch it.Does anyone know if this will be aired on any other channels in the future?

The History channel messed up the story was balanced, the show had good acting with an old fashion feel. Umm A political correct History channel, is that an oxymoron?

I don’t get a lot of the negative comments I’ve read but unless you were there, who’s to know? Personally, I enjoyed this mini-series, not only for its subject – The Kennedys – but for the performances. I thought both Greg Kinnear and Katy Holmes were excellent – there were many scenes in which I felt I was actually seeing the real people – brought back lots of memories from the time. Barry Pepper was also very believable. Accuracy? I believe pretty much so. What I liked most is this film showed them to be real people, with faults, scars and blemishes. We may have thought the Kennedys to be American royalty, but they were, in fact, a family whose lives were lived out in the public (by choice) eye. I’ve seen every Hollywood film on the Kennedys and this one, by far, in my opinion, was the best! Hats off to Reelz for being the lucky channel to air it.

I love it! I love the actors. It does put the Kennedy’s in a bad light. Overall it was a family that made a difference for the better in country.
