UPDATED: HBO has released trailers, behind-the-scenes videos and the first 15 minutes of the Game of Thrones pilot, but for the first time they’ve released stand-alone clips. Here’s five videos from Sunday night’s 65-minute opener:

The music is pretty bad, I cant believe they hired Ramin Djawadi to do the score. Game of Thrones deserves so much better.
I have not been blown away by the music. But I love the Thrones title credits theme, which has not been released online yet…and though the music didn’t really excite me during the show, it also did not detract from it, if that reassures at all…
I agree James-was so dissapointed to see Ramin’s name for music.

Really like what I’m seeing, though I hope this isn’t the final audio mix. Some of the ADR was very rough.
I’m certain that’s not the final mix, you can hardly hear 1/3 of the lines.
Was Corvas Corax used in the feast scene like in the pilot? Is that their music, or is that Djawadi’s work?
Yup, not final for audio or video, was a mix-up, HBO sending final-cut clips tomorrow and we’ll swap them out then… so don’t read too much into the music or audio in these….
Glad I’m not the only one that noticed. Couldn’t make out what Arya was saying at all. And she’s my favorite.

Wow. The awesomeness is muted somewhat by the fact that I couldn’t bloody hear it half the time! Jon, Tyrion and Jamie. My 3 favorite characters and I COULDN’T HEAR THEM. Come on, HBO!
The music tracks are awful. They are loud, distracting and do not exactly fit the scenes well.
The clips were updated and the music tracks were fixed.
I actually ordered cable so I can watch this show. I refuse to download it…so I got the nmost basic cable package, and HBO. Go Game of Thrones!

Not sure I have the same issue with the music thus far. It’s not Lord of the Rings, but it’s not distracting either. Doesn’t feel like Hercules or Xena by any stretch.
