I’m really curious as to what non-Teen Mom (and dad) teens think of this show. I’m hopeful they see it as educational if not a warning sign of what the challenges of hardships of becoming a parent at an age when you’re not capable of being an effective parent can be like and not some sort of “Oh cool, she gets to be on tv!!!” mixed message. This is the network where The Jersey Shore kids are breaking ratings records afterall.
My son and daughter watch it with me, I’m pretty sure after watching some of the birthing scenes she never wants to get pregnant. Haha!
I’m not gonna lie when my twin became a mom for the first time (we were 27) I felt a little jilted. I can only imagine my reaction if we were teenagers and had crazy teenage hormonal emotions going on. I feel for this girl.
I tried out for this show. I got a spray tan and had my dad bust a nut in me to get knocked up… but they said I wasn’t telegenic enough. SO now I’m stuck with this kid and no reality TV contract — you people don;t know how impossible it is to be 16 in the United States with no reality TV contract!
