This is a headline? Julia Ormond is great, and she will be good on CI. But was this photo really necessary?

Great sneak … but, is it my imagination or has USA’s promo campaign for the show, coming back this Sunday, been essentially nill? meanwhile, am seeing promos for IN PLAIN SIGHT every other minute. Odd if you ask me. I’d promote the bejesus out of it!

  • Lorie

Can’t wait for CI to return!

  • lu

Why are they only doing eight episodes?

  • Sue1

Actually, daviddavid, I’m pretty impressed by the attention USA is giving the return of Law & Order CI. Certainly more than it ever got before. This is one of my favorite shows, with my two favorites detectives returning, so I’ll take all the promo I can get.

    • AB

Really? Because I haven’t seen a single one.

      • Sue1

I’m sorry you’ve missed them. I’ve seen at least one per NCIS episode (Two in the last 1/2 hour, Jay Mohr guest starring Sunday, it seems).

  • AJ

I love this show. The show is ending. I’m happy they can wrap it up in 8 more shows.
I hated the “b” squad -I’m happy the last shows will focus on Goren and Eames!

  • Joe

NBC has run re-runs before (Monk, Battlestar) They could do a lot worse this summer than to run repeats of the 8 CI episodes, even on an off time like 10PM Sunday

    • MB

      I agree.

  • Carol

Sorry it’s only 8 episodes. Love Gorem and Eams, but I guess they have to have closer to everything. Will miss these two. The others, not so much.

  • linda L

Sad to know the show is ending. Goren and Eames are two of my favorites detectives. Didn’t care too much for the other ones. Hope Goren has a happy ending.

I always thought Julia Ormond was going to be the next big thing after Sabrina…but think it was that movie she did Nostradamus …anyone see it? Its rated R ..why would a movie bout Nostradamus be rated R? Because apparently besides being able to read the future, and offer mild cures for illness in the Middle Ages, he apparently was the first Rated R superstar…he was doin’ everyone in that movie..including Julia Ormond, in a scene that looked a little too Cinemaxy ..Julia had a peculiar look on her face doing that scene..”like um hello..I’m no fortune teller..but I can seer your..” Watch the scene and you’ll see..no wonder she plays a shrink..she was bonged by Nostradamus
