Pan Am, The River and Good Christian Belles look great.

My God, that Tim Allen show looks horrible. Absolutely dreadful. And I really like Tim, but I’m afraid his show won’t last very wrong. Unless the show turns out to be WAY funnier than that terrible trailer.

Some of these look really good. I think Pan Am definitely has potential, and Good Christian Belles. The River looks pretty unique.
    Not feeling Scandal or Missing.
Revenge looks interesting, but it seems like the type of thing that would be best as a one season run, like Harper’s Island. I’ll check it out though.

    • Trixie

Where do you see Revenge? All I see are Pan Am, Good Christian Belles, The River, Last Man Standing and Charlie’s Angels.

      • katie

Oh, go to ABC’s website and you can watch the trailers for all of them. They’re linked right on the main page.

      • Trixie

        Ah, thanks. Will do!

  • v

I agree, i will watch because of Tim Allen, but that trailer wasn’t funny.
The show looks like Home Improvement meets According To Jim.

I bet if they showed the bloopers, it would be much funnier.

    • Robert

The house looks exactly the same as home improvement! Anyone else notice that?

  • Justin

I liked the trailers for Charlie’s Angels, Missing, The River, and maybe Apt. 23.

I won’t even check out the trailers. ABC will just end up cancelling most of these new shows anyway. Or, at least, the ones that I would like. Been burned by ABC too many times to fall into this trap!! I’ll still watch Castle, and the Wednesday comedy’s, but ABC cancelled my OLTL, so I won’t even give any of the new shows a glance…. Been there, been burned way too many times!!

The River looks great… shame that they are waiting until midseason to air it.

  • dododo

CA looks good but I’m not digging the voice of Charlie. Sounds like a bad impression of a young trying to be hip John Forsythe; it just needs to be older distinctive voice – that would have been enough.

  • harry

is that…old smokey in “The River”?

    • Crys

LOL – thats what I thought too!!!
      Smoke Monster lives!

  • Brit

It’s so weird to hear laugh tracks on shows anymore…especially when they “laugh” at every little thing that isn’t funny.

  • mandy

Charlies’ Angels looks okay. I just feel like that’s been done with the movies already. The River looks nuts but I do look forward to Pan Am. I think the period pieces are a big hit right now with Made Men. it can do well if they pull it off right.

Do actually use aliases this time when they go undercover? That’s one thing that bothered me about the original, who uses their real names when they’re supposed to be undercover?

  • Hubi

Wow! “The River” looks A LOT like “Lost in the Amazon with Paranormal Activity on the Event Horizon” The director of PA really rips off this own movie … I fear that this show will start strong and end after just a couple of episodes. So better not get too attached to it … Same procedure as last year!

  • Hillary

I thought Robert Wagner is the voice of Charlie– definitely not him in the preview.

  • Laura

David James Elliott! Hope he is a regular on Good Christian Belles.

  • Tee

Pan Am preview is very well done.

The Tim Allen one looks so unfunny. Not as bad as the Chelsea Handler sitcom though.

Charlie’s Angels seems meh. And that blonde actress was so terrible on Grey’s.
