I feel sorry for people who don’t have DVRs.
I’m currently one of those. But even a dual tuner DVR wouldn’t help for Friday at 8pm. Seriously networks?
I got an antenna to catch the over the air channels. That way my DVR can record two shows while I watch the 3rd with my antenna. It was the only was I made it through Thurdays at 9 (Nikita, Greys and Bones)
Or Monday’s at 9pm
the only positive thing i can say about ATT U-verse is their DVR is capable of recording 4 shows at once.
gotta go w/ the U-verse comment; I can watch all my Thurs & Fri @ 9 stuff!

I just want to see my favorite shows back. This wait is excruciating.
The only shows I care about are The Simpsons,Raising Hope, and Supernatural oldies but goodies at least that how I see them.
Awesome. Now nikita no longer has to compete with Bones viewers! It just has to compete with Chuck, which is in its last season, then Nikita will reign supreme in that time-slot for that day.

How could you put Grimm up against Fringe!? Jerks. Well, Fringe wins out. Grimm looks good, but my beloved Fringe takes precedence, especially since it will probably be its last season.
I would think that’s EXACTLY why NBC is putting Grimm on Fridays. to make things challenging for Fringe and Supernatural. Personally, I think it’s great. The networks are finally not looking at Friday as a guaranteed Death Slot. (well, except for Chuck which will air its final episodes)
My DVR will probably break on Thursdays – assuming I like the new shows – because of Parks and Recreation, Whitney, Prime Suspect, Bones, Charlies Angels, Grey’s Anatomy, Private Practice. Also, it’s going to hurt to pick between Chuck and Nikita. Guess I’ll just ave to DVR one and watch it after the other?

The time-shift problem aside, I will probably watch it more often with the Sunday move as it has become a night where I watch amazing race and then turn the TV off. Now I will have a reason to keep it on and still get to bed early on Tuesday.
Why Sunday for the Good Wife – if the football season starts as scheduled, The Good Wife will be on late every week . . .I thought the network was happy with this show.
I know! We’ll have to chase it every week and if we’re not right there in front of the TV we’ll miss the beginning. Frustration!

Um yea, The Amazing Race has been getting screwed by overlong sports for pretty much ever. It’s an EMMY winning show and still gets screwed. WTF CBS?!
I’m thrilled with that decision for two reasons: I finally have an alternative to Desperate Housewives and I can watch Parenthood on Tues. night and not miss out on TGW. Thanks, CBS!
