Twisty legal drama Damages is returning for its fourth season on DirecTV, which inherits the series from FX. This time, Patty Hewes (Glenn Close) and Ellen Parsons (Rose Byrne) team up to take down a private military contractor headed by CEO Howard T. Erickson, played by John Goodman. But expect big surprises — after all, this is Damages. In fact, Close says she was even in the dark about how it would all be resolved in the end. “[The writers] gave me broad strokes about my son Michael, the case and my relationship with Ellen,” says the Emmy-winning actress. “But how it actually gets worked out, I don’t know.” Damages new season premieres July 13. One of the best shows along with Breaking Bad and Mad Men
I purchased the bigesgt loser diet book and follow it to the T. I exercise 15 minutes in the morning on an elliptical at 4.5mph. I then do crunches, push-ups and tricep dips. In the evening, I do another round of 20-25 minutes on the elliptical doing interval training ranging from 3.5 to 5.5 mph. I have been doing this pattern for 4 weeks now and have only lost 2 pounds. I am categorized as obese and need to lose 45-50 lbs. Why cant I lose?
Seriously. Guess I’ll have to wait for the dvd.

no, we’ll have to wait for dvd—still, way better than having no new episodes at all. there will be lots of Damage marathons going on next year!
Still have to watch season 3 when it hits netflix instant. But damn ,do I love Damages. Glenn Close is sublime as Ms. Patty Hewes.
Damages is easily one of the very best shows on TV. I’ve never been happier to be a DirecTV subscriber. Can’t wait for the new season! I’m especially interested in seeing how the relationship between Patty and Ellen evolves. The end of season 3 left it up in the air.
I wish that “Damages” was on FX as I was actually addicted to it. Do not have DirectTV and it’s not worth getting directTv for only 1 show.
I love this show! Hands down, the best cast on TV. There has never been a single weak link in the cast. Glenn Close is phenomenal.
Hopefully it will be on amazon or itunes. I love this show!

Stupid DirecTV? DirecTV is who saved the show from cancellation. Just because people don’t like the business model doesn’t mean you should bash the company. This legal thriller will continue telling great stories and yes we cable subscribers will have to be patient.
