Teresa Giudice and 'Real Housewives' cast members sued after brawl

Five people are suing Teresa Giudice and the Real Housewives of New Jersey, its production company, Bravo, and the Hard Rock Hotel after a February party in the Dominican Republic turned ugly, according to People. The group filed a suit in New York State Supreme Court, alleging that Giudice herself popped a champagne cork that injured one of the plaintiff’s mother-in-law, and the Housewives star then mocked the injured party. At that point, the plaintiffs allege, men from the show’s cast, including Joe Giudice, Albert Manzo, Albie Manzo, and Christopher Manzo attacked the plaintiffs “without provocation.”

A spokesperson for the Real Housewives declined to comment.

Two things: One, what an unfortunate last name, and two, I would believe it about Joe but not the Manzos.

    • Gigi

DOnt forget , the Manzo men are followers!

    • Dash

I could see the boys doing it but the elder Manzo seems laid back enough to just let it ride. Either way what are they planning to sue Teresa for? She spent all of her money on sequins and fake tan.

      • DeeDee

I believe if she auuctioned off all of her girls’ clothes, little purses and bows she could have a lot of money for her lawyer.

  • Buffy Freak

More horrible, self-important and entitled people being rewarded for their wretched behavior.

  • Tanner

It’s all on tape so I’m sure we’ll see it soon enough… Well at least what BRAVO wants us to see…

    • Christian

I heard Bravo isnt showing any of the incident to which I say boo! Bravo doesn’t think we watch the show for their scintillating wit or sparkling personality, do they?

      • marymoon

due to pending legal action, I don’t think they would be allowed to show the footage. If Bravo wasn’t getting sued as well, then maybe, but not if they are also getting sued for the action

  • Kate

Maybe Joe and Chris but Albert and Albie are both far too smart to get themselves involved in a fight unless the other family were really going off on the Guidices! I dunno i cant imagine Tersa mocking an injured woman as well unless the other family really did start everything, have to wait and see from the Bravo footage!
