CBS renews 'The Amazing Race' for 20th cycle

Another trip around the globe: CBS has renewed The Amazing Race for a 20th installment.

The show will be back on Sundays this fall, and this edition will run the following spring. The most recent installment averaged 11.2 million viewers and a 3.4 rating in the adult demo, including DVR use.

    Wow, what a shocker, like we didn’t know this already. It is one of the better reality competition shows on the air right now!

    interested to see what they do for their 20th season. Doubt an all stars season since they just had one. Would prefer some sort of twist instead

      I think the show is interesting in and of itself. I hate when reality shows that have a decent concept start throwing garbage gimmicks into the game to “keep it fresh”. Survivor is the best example of that. All of their “twists” just make it unwatchable. I would like to see more difficult tasks in TAR upcoming seasons.
