USA has nabbed former stars of 90210 and Arrested Development for the next season of Psych.

Jason Priestley and Tony Hale will guest star on an upcoming episode of the series this fall.

Priestley will play a Harley-riding con man who tries to pull a job at the same spa resort Shawn (James Roday) and Juliet (Maggie Lawson) are staying at for the weekend. While Hale guests as the owner of an imports/exports business who crosses paths with Shawn and Juliet while they are on a lover’s retreat weekend at a spa resort.

Awesome, I love when Tony Hale pops up on shows. Hopefully his character has some of the goofy charm he does so well. Too bad he couldn’t be his AD character because the thought of Shawn and Gus trying to figure out what to do with Buster Bluth would be all kinds of fun.

    • Christine

      That would be awesome!

  • Meg

“Priestley will play a Harley-riding con man who tries to pull a job at the same spa resort Shawn (James Roday) and Juliet (Maggie Lawson) are staying at for the weekend. Get your copy-editing straight or hire someone who can use appropriate grammar.

      OMG! SHUT UP!

    • Kimba

Someone is getting fired for this. Wow.

  • Carrie

Wow, they have a lot of great guest stars lined up. Can’t wait for the new season to actually start.

    • Zazazing

But it sounds like both Priestly and Hale will be on the same episode.

      • Nicole

Either that, or Shawn and Juliet REALLY love spa resorts.

      • Zazazing

Well, Gus and Shawn did spend time at that one spa and in another episode got mani/pedi’s, so…..

  • MiaS

Can’t wait for the season to start.

  • gfon

Is there any idea when the next season will start????

    • 88Keys

New seasons starts in the Fall, but no official date has been set yet. I think I heard October, but I’m not positive.

  • tracy bluth

    Let’s hope there’s not Lucilles/loose seals at this resort…

    • Christine

OMG-that would be absolutely priceless….like when he guest starred on Community and talked about the song by the Righteous Brothers!

  • Kate

I have been waiting for Tony Hale to be on Psych. he’s so perfect for this show!!!

  • Ace

Can not wait for Psych to be back ! It’s weird not watching that show during the summer.

    • Kat

I agree! It doesn’t quite feel like summer without new episodes of Psych. It’s such a silly, light-hearted show that it’s PERFECT for summer…why have they pushed it back?

      • AJ

I read something on USA Network that they pushed it back because they have a lot of new shows that they’re trying to support and they felt like a show like Psych could “Stand on its own” since its on its 6th season.

  • Kim

I’ll watch Haven just for Jason Priestley.

  • Kat

    Can’t wait!

  • ally

    i miss psych.

  • sabrina W

i was all psyched to watch psych this summer! bummer! lol

  • BHM1304

Been watching Priestly in the Canadian import “Call Me Fitz” which DirecTV 101 has been airing Thurday nights and wondering why the hec he can’t get his own show in the US. “Fitz” is so funny and original and Priestly is just fantastic in it.

  • shburrell

PSYCH IS THE BEST! I LOVE ME SOME GUSTER! HE IS THE BEST PART OF THE SHOW!

  • Erin

Are they going to be on the same episode or are Shawn and Juliet just going away for the weekends a lot this season?
