The `Millionaire Matchmaker' may get another show

Patti Stanger is increasing her fiefdom at Bravo. The network announced today that it just closed a two-year development deal with the star and executive producer of The Millionaire Matchmaker. Translation: The fun and lippy broad may get another show of her own!

“My relationship with Bravo is a match made in heaven,” she said in a statement. “As I say to my clients, no sex before monogamy. Now that Bravo and I are monogamous, I’m ready to hit the streets.” Lovely!

Season four of Matchmaker, which ended on Jan. 11, was the show’s highest rated to date among all key demos, averaging 1.9 million total viewers and 1.3 million adults 18-49. The new season will start on Aug. 15.

In other development news from Bravo, the net announced Tuesday that it will add three new series to its lineup. The first is Around the World in 80 Plates, a show about chefs who travel to compete in world-renowned restaurants. Next up is Paint the Town, which chronicles the lives of six, 20-something women who work in New York City art galleries. Finally, there’s Newlyweds: The First Year, which follows six couples who are fresh off a wedding.

I think Patti is likes living where its hot cause she will enjoy hell. How dare she think its ok to take a clients money and then insult them. You are a horrible person and I hope you teach your children different and god forbid your child has any issues with size or looks..Please dont think for a minute that you represent women, you awful person…

  • Because it’s worked so well for other married couples…

A new reality show called “Newlyweds: The First Year”? Really? Then Bravo needs to start production on a 4th new show: “Divorced: After the First Year”

  • JD

Has she matched even one successful couple on her show?
