Fans of CSI:NY should gear up for a highly emotional season premiere, which flashes back to 9/11 and shows where all the team members were on the horrific day.
But for Sela Ward, whose character will be seen in her FBI days in Washington D.C., the episode was a particularly difficult day at the office. “What was so…ironic,” Ward told EW, “was that the only person who I had a connection with [in the attacks] was the brother of a dear friend, was the captain of the flight.”
