The wait for the next Jennifer Love Hewitt project is over! Lifetime announced today that the ex-Ghost Whisperer will star in and executive produce The Client List, about a financially-strapped Texas housewife who runs a lively, um, day spa after she’s abandoned by her husband.
The series is based on the network’s original movie of the same name that aired last year.
Lifetime ordered 10 episodes of the new series, which will bow next year. The network also closed a development deal with Hewitt’s production company Fedora Films, which includes her directing a future movie for the network.
Good to see her back in a regular role, assuming they’ll be changing the movie’s plot a bit to fit a show better but should be fun.

Love Love. She is so awesome. I have enjoyed watching her career blossom since her Party of Five days. This looks like a really good project for her coming to Lifetime. She’s definitely comedic. I loved her in the Jackie Chan movie a few years back. Loves me a Texas gal!

Read the boards some more around here. Sure, more than a few guys will make a comment about someone being hot. The women here drool so much over topless guy pictures the text in their posts is practically running down the computer screen…of course its OK for women to sexualize men, but the second someone says a girl has good knockers someone complains about sexism.

How many times do you see men as the focal point of magazines and body issues? just a question- I never said women dont act shallow and like guys for their hot bods. I have a crush on one of J.Loves ex Boyfriends from a long time ago( BMW’s Will Friedle). DO i know him? NO…do I think he’s hot and imagine what his goods look like? YES. But guys have this gift where you dont give a crap what people say most of the time. Women are touchy about every subject under the sun thats why more end up bulimic and anorexic..

I feel the same way, I dont know what it is…she seems fakey and immature. I mean we all have our dream wedding picked out, but I dont think I would ever go as far as – tell my long term boyfriend that I have engagement rings picked out, or baby names picked out ( though I do have certain names I like- you just cross that bridge when you get there). And with rings you can always pick out the wedding bands together, the engagement ring is his choice and show of affection.

Since she likes lifetime and ” Client List” was good. I was hoping she could star as that scum-bag mother Casey Anthony in a movie about all that crap that took place. But I heard Anthony’s leech sucking lawyers would not allow any such thing. Love looks alot like her, and you can bet alot of people would watch that…like the Natalie Holloway, Amanda Knox stories.
