Well I’m glad I read this post, cause once I realized that was the one brother from Animal Kingdom [a movie I worship] I now must watch. And holy sh** he can pull off the american accent flawlessly, especially considering how strong his Australian one is.

Richard Armitage. Nuff said…. I was wondering when it was going to be show over here.

Richard Armitage is not in this one except for a cameo at the beginning (if that). He was in the first season of the show with Andrew Lincoln (The Walking Dead) – but the first season of the show is not available on DVD in the US yet.

Unbelievable, this is a British show titled Chris Ryan Strike back starring Richard Armitage. I can’t believe they can’t leave well enough alone. How about give something new a chance, buy some new material and stop recycling other people’s materials.

Perhaps it should have been mentioned, that this is the second season of Strike Back. Just like Torchwood Miracle Day is season Four.

So, I wondered how everyone felt now…after watching the show. Did you see Season 1 first? Just wanted some feedback. I wanted to start from beginning, so watched Season 1 online, then went on to Season 2 on Cinemax. What a disappointment! Oh, it’s still a pretty good show, I guess. Can do without the constant raunchy sex. Can turn on Adult channels for that. It doesn’t help the show. Of course, lots of action…guns, killing, etc. The TOTAL change in casting, with no explanation (in the show) was also a disappointment. The biggest disappointment to me was killing off John Porter. There was no need. I know Richard Armitage had other commitments, but he liked the character. They could have done it in a way he could have returned later. Big mistake. John Porter was a much better soldier. He didn’t just automatically start shooting.
