So when is the last episode of The Closer before November, I want to know who the leak is before then. :)

    That’s too long!
I wish they would release seasons 2 & 3 on DVD through Netflix. You have to have them “made to order” through Warner Brothers online-store.

    • Hannah

And only 10 episodes, that’s AT LEAST three too few

      • What?

I would take quality over quantity always. I cannot wait for the insanely good Falling Skies – hurry back !!!!!!!!!

  • jmcg

November seems a long way away! I watch all except for R&I-still can’t stomach it.

  • Reena

cant wait til January can we get a little fix now? Please TNT Southland is soo good.!!!!!

  • Jeff in Co

I wish they wouldn’t split seasons on cable dramas..they are only like 12 episodes (half of broadcast shows) and they should just go ahead and give us the whole season

  • MCS

Southland is the best cop show on at the moment, and holds up fairly well against greats like the Wire and the Shield. We just need more of it.

    • Leilani

I agree with MCS. Southland is the best and we do need more of it. So glad to see it has been picked up for another season!

  • Ace

I thought the Closer was over ?

  • blkrox

So happy to hear that Southland was picked up for another season! Thank you TNT! Truly one of the best television series I’ve seen.

Why so long for Southland i fell in love with this show i need lots more

There’s nothing better than Southland on TV. Why is this show sputtering along each season and only getting renewed when petitions are signed and a campaign takes place? Also, only 10 shows? They are doing the same thing w/Breaking Bad which is the second best thing on television today. Some of the other shows with sustaining power are nothing but dreck and they hang around forever. I say America is “dumbing down”.

As an ex cop, I can say that Southland is the best police drama since Police Story and Hill Street Blues. Keep it authentic and don’t ruin it with stupid humor like Rissolli and Isles. That show has ruined a formerly good actress from Law and Order.

    • Sabrina

And the reason Southland is so authentic is Edward Bernero -former writer for THIRD WATCH: THE best cop show ever. :-)

**Have to agree with you about Rizzolli & Isles

      • MichelleC

Southland did start out on NBC, and i see alot of the names in the credits that was on Third watch….love it and Southland

  • Janice Stevens

Southland is the best police drama I’ve ever seen on TV! I can’t understand why such a great show isn’t given top priority on tnt!

  • Map

I agree on all counts. Rizzoli is just stupid. I can’t take it serious and it could be a good show

    • MichelleC

I cant believe they replaced Saving Grace with Rizzoli and Isles…it so stupid, who would wear 3 inch heals to a crime scene…lol

  • Charles

Southland IS the best series on the tube

  • Rudy

Southland is an absolute hit! It’s the kind of Police drama that keeps you wanting more and more! Thank you for a great show!
