'Parenthood' season 3 promo: Baby, baby -- VIDEO

Has it been too long since Parenthood has reduced you to a cry baby? Well, you’ll have to wait a pregnant pause (and other baby puns!) for the Sept. 13 premiere of the series. A new promo for the NBC series has hit the web, and features some more lighthearted times in the Braverman family. Adam (Peter Krause) and an overdue Kristina (Monica Potter) have a tender moment, thanks to a few beers, and Sarah (Lauren Graham) makes a move on Mark (Jason Ritter). As she says, “I kissed him like a starving person who saw a sandwich.”

Anyone else hungry for season 3?

  • AJ

What are Adam and Crosby staring at?

  • Harlow

Yes! Jason Ritter is back again, he has such great chemistry with Lauren’s character.

I’m glad we aren’t going to get a full season of Kristina pregnant. It’s such a time suck and over done storyline. I’m super excited about Parenthood!

    Can’t wait… wooo hooo

Can’t wait for the new season and glad now The Good Wife will be on Sundays instead of opposite Parenthood! There must be something wrong with me because, with the exception of The Good Wife, all my favorite shows are on NBC.

    • Dan Marrin

I feel the same way… there’s something very wrong with me too. I even like public radio!

I’m sooooo happy that NBC didn’t cancel the show. This is a wonderful, underrated, well-written and well-acted show. I was nervous all summer. I’m also glad that it’s showing on a different night than the Good Wife. What a shame to have two excellent show showing at the same time.

I agree! This show is so under rated. It’s the most real show on TV. I love how they all talk over each other rather than each person having their turn to say their line. What family of this size doesn’t talk over each other? So glad it’s back.

    Bring on the bravermans!!!!!

  • Anthony

Thank you NBC for keeping Parenthood on the air. This is one of the most underrated shows and so well done in all aspects of the show. Also extra credit to Lauren Grahm and the heartbraken Mae Whitman. When Amber cries it’s some if the best acting on television. Best mother daughter team since another underrated show, Gilmore Girls which also starred Grahm. The whole cast of Parenthood is great.
Wow just read back my post so serious!!!

LOL Anthony! Ur post is fine..and I totally agree with you…I LOOOVE Lauren! It’s really the main reason I watch..to get my fix..also I like some of the cast as well..I’m glad the show is back..I had withdrawal there for a while..:)

As soon as The Event got cancelled I was so happy because Jason Ritter could come back to Parenthood.

    • Not Jobless but Bored

I agree. Jason is perfect for Parenthood.

    • SCBR

I totally agree! I LOVE him on this show and I was really hoping after The Event was cancelled that they’d bring him back.
Thank you to NBC for giving this show another season! It’s one of my most favorite shows on tv :)

Season Three promise to be the best one yet. :)

    Phood!

  • mrmike

Love this show! Can’t wait till it comes back. Want more of the kids and Lauren Graham

I’m. SO. EXCITED. this show has grown so much in just the past 2 seasons. i’m interested to see how crosby and jasmine’s relationship rebuilds (if at all) and also what’s next for Hattie and Alex. Surprisingly, i wasn’t really a fan of Kristina’s character. I just thought she was really annoying and nagging. And now she’s one of my favorites. Besides the fact that she has softened up, we get to know why she is the way she is. Now, I can’t get enough of Monica Potter. Bring it on, season 3!!!

    • Not Jobless but Bored

I wasn’t a fan of Kristina at the start of S2 – still haven’t been able to catch S1 yet – but as the S2 episodes went on, she’s actually now my favorite female on the show.
