Saw the pilot – it’s formulaic, but has potential. Tim Allen is very likable in it, so it could be a hit for ABC….
that is the annoying thing about it, the safe and formulaic and boring stuff stays on the air forever and the great shows like Friday Night Lights struggle to survive

I wish Tim Allen would do more movies like he used to. We see too little of him.
I dunno about this one- he should have just filmed a homeimprovement reunion show cos that’s the formula he’s gonefor with the new show. Watching it will just make me think he divorced Jill and left the boys!

If they put as much effort in the show as they did in the advertising then I’ll pass. Honestly why even have an advertising department if you’re just gonna come up with such a generic and boring poster. Might as well save your money and fire the ad guys.
I didn’t become a fan of Home Improvement until just a few weeks ago while watching in syndication. Didn’t realize it was a great show when it aired originally.
I hope that it is just as good as home improvement i loved that show
