The actress from the scary Paranormal Activity franchise will guest star in ABC’s scary new drama slated for midseason.
EW has learned exclusively that Katie Featherston — who originated the role of the wife in the 2009 blockbuster about a haunted home in surburbia — has booked a two-episode arc in The River, which follows the desperate search for a wildlife TV show host lost in the Amazon. The drama that has yet to be scheduled stars Bruce Greenwood (John from Cincinnati) and Leslie Hope (24) and is from Dreamworks TV.
