The ratings gators haven’t eaten The Glades: The A&E crime drama just scored a third season.
The drama starring Matt Passmore was a fairly easy choice for a pickup. Season two averaged 3.9 million viewers and 1.6 million among adults 18-49, growing slightly in the demo from season one.
The third season of The Glades will premiere –when else? — next summer. A&E currently has three dramas on its schedule, Glades plus Breakout Kings and upcoming Western series Longmire.

Patience, Burn Notice started on USA with 8 episodes and now does 22 episodes a season. Let it continue to catch steam and Glades will get more episodes on A&E

Hope they didn’t rehire the WRITERS from season 2, and that the new ones will make Callie LESS of a BITCH (God she was absolutely INSUFFERABLE for the entire 2nd season – he’d be better off lusting for lovemaking with a wood chipper).

He wasn’t lusting for Callie. He was lusting for Sam. I just don’t understand why no one notices this. It was only due to fan disapproval that they got back together. OMG! What were they going to do with a bobblehead. We’ll never know.

Badbadbadbad show. God it’s awful. Passmore can’t act. Sanchez is just wicked annoying. They have absolutely zero chemistry, and their “relationship” plays out like something from fanfiction, or Twilight.

I never watch much TV when I worked. Now I am addicted and I love “The Glades”.
U have more then one channel on your T.V. so turn it.
Matt as Callie is sweet so leave your choice words to your self we Glade fan love the show.

guess you don’t have the same tastes as a LOT of people that watch it. They are great. Matt does act very well and the entire cast is good. Season is just not long enough.
Anyone that doesn’t like the show can change the channel. I love the show, can’t wait for season 3, want more of Callie and Jim

I love this show also. It’s like an updated version of Moonlighting. Love all the actors and I’m so happy it’s been renewed.
Woot woot! (I don’t find The Glades to have any resemblance to Twilight or Moonlighting.) I like the chemistry between Callie and Jim. I’m glad it’s renewed….always a nice summer treat!

YAY!!!!!! thrilled to death!! Just can’t believe I have to wait almost a year for its return!! I have to confess- just started watching this season but fell in love immediately! Thanks to Netflix got to see 1st season. Guess that will have to fulfill my fix needs.
I love this show and am so glad it got renewed. I’ve been waiting to hear this good news. Love Matt Passmore and Kiehle Sanchez. Summer can’t come soon enough. I miss them on Sunday night.
