With former Heroes star Zachary Quinto coming soon to the American Horror Story cast, Ryan Murphy & Co. have just found a companion for his character.

Kathleen Rose Perkins, who’s previously had recurring character on Fox’s Til Death and Showtime’s Episodes, as well as had guest stints on ABC’s Private Practice, Castle and Grey’s Anatomy. Perkins will appear in at least one episode this season. Meanwhile, AHS got some very good news today when the serialized show perked up in the ratings for its third episode. Think AHS is the creepiest TV show ever made, or does another deserve that title? Vote in our poll.

I see EW now has a new show to devote tons of articles to, such as: “Is this already the creepiest show in the history of television?” and so forth. It’s been on what—like three episodes now?
This show sucks. It’s trying way too hard to be creepy and cool, but it’s not.

I love the show.
A crazy thrill ride unlike anything we’ve seen on tv. Creepy, addictive, beautifully acted. Dark comedy paired with chilling horror leaves you almost unable to sleep.
It is very scary. I started watching it because I LOVE Connie Britton, from “Friday Night Lights” (and I’m really sad FNL was cancelled…), but I don’t know, I was really spooked out by the second episode; I don’t know if I can continue! Which I guess means it’s a great show, if you really like to get scared, I just don’t know if I do so much…

I like the show. It’s the creepiest on TV since Dark Shadows, but I really do NOT like Dylan McDermott as the male lead. He creeps me out just being himself!!
I think it’s earned a regular recap here. After last week’s ep., it’s clear they’re prepared to get down and dirty. It’s piqued my interest in a Twin Peaks sort of way – the freaky characters all have intertwined psychotically paranormal histories. I bet Quinto’s playing one of the gay’s in the murder/suicide previous owners.
And, it’s brewing up some juicy mysteries: The psychotic kid – he’s dead (right?) and stuck in the house w/the dead maid (or zombie-shape-shifting maid?). And Jessica Lange’s crazy character (I don’t remember all names yet) ties them all together. Is she a witch? The dead kid’s mom? We know she killed the maid, but did she also bring her back? This could be a damn good show!
