We are less than a week away from the season Nov. 3 season premiere of Bones, and Fox has given fans the promo below, which has a way of making you feel as though Booth (David Boreanaz) and Brennan (Emily Deschanel) have been in a romantic relationship way longer than they have. (At least if we’re talking physically.) I may not have included Brennan’s breakdown in the car — it doesn’t play well in the quick montage of moments past. But “I knew right from the beginning. Bones, I’m that guy” — swoon.
P.S. They will still be catching criminals this season.

Can’t wait for this season!!! I haven’t regularly watched Bones since the third season (the whole 4th season premiere in London just kind of rubbed me the wrong way and I never came back) but these promos are making this look like an excellent season!!!

This should have happened like 2 or 3 seasons ago, but I’ll take it. I think having them together will throw a lot of energy back into the show.

Actually, it was the second to last episode after Vincent was killed. Bones climbed into bed with booth because she was upset and staying with him because he wanted to protect her. The final episode was weeks later (Angela was 2 weeks from her due date in one and past due in the next) and she told him in the last scene.

It seems they’re not saying that they’ve been in a physical relationship for so long, just that they’ve both had feelings for each other from the start! And, surely that chemistry is part of the reason that we all watch!!
