'American Horror Story': Ryan Murphy talks the Black Dahlia and whether Violet is alive... or dead -- EXCLUSIVE

Prashant Gupta/FX

SPOILER ALERT IF YOU HAVEN’T WATCHED THE LATEST EPISODE OF AMERICAN HORROR STORY! Tonight’s episode, “Spooky Little Girl,” revealed two more deaths that occurred in the infamous Murder House: Elizabeth Short a.k.a. the Black Dahlia (Mena Suvari) and Constance’s boy toy Travis (Michael Graziadei). The ghostly presences in that house are starting to really multiply. Perhaps the most chilling moment though occurred at the very end during a kitchen conversation between Constance (Jessica Lange) and Billie Dean (Sarah Paulson). Worried over what kind of child Tate (Evan Peters) and Vivien (Connie Britton) would conceive, Constance asked Billie Jean for her psychic opinion. Billie Jean revealed that any conception between the undead and the living would yield, according to the Catholic Church, the Antichrist who would bring about the End of Days. Well, that’s certainly going to put a damper on tree-trimming time at the Harmon house. EW talked to Ryan Murphy about tonight’s gruesome deaths and what’s in store for Vivien’s literally damned pregnancy.

'A Michael Buble Christmas': This digital short with Ed Helms could take your breath away -- EXCLUSIVE VIDEO

Categories: Television

Christmas just makes you all warm and bubbly, doesn’t it? Or should I say warm and Bublé? After all, we’re going to get to enjoy a new holiday special this year, A Michael Bublé Christmas. On Dec. 6 (at 8 p.m. ET), the crooner is headlining his first Christmas special on NBC, and will welcome several familiar faces to help him sing classics like “White Christmas” and “Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas.” Some famous folks along for the (sleigh) ride: Justin Bieber, Oscar the Grouch, and Kellie Pickler, among others.

But Bublé’s not just relying on his vocals to sell the special — he’s also going to be showcasing his comedy chops. The singer is teaming with The Office star Ed Helms in a series of digital shorts set during a 1974 Christmas special that went awry. (Holy Movember, check out that ‘stache!) After the jump, see one of those shorts, exclusively on EW. It’s a good antidote for those of us going though Hamm and Bublé withdrawal. READ FULL STORY »

'The Game': BET announces premiere date for season 5

Categories: Cable, Television, The Game

The new year is bringing new episodes of BET’s hit The Game: The network just announced, via Twitter, that the series starring Tia Mowry Hardrict as the wife of a football star will premiere its fifth season on Jan. 10 at 10 p.m.

The Game spent three seasons on youth-skewing broadcast network The CW before being cancelled and then picked up by cable network BET, which caters to a more urban and black audience. After averaging just 1.8 million viewers in its last season on The CW, The Game flourished on BET, drawing 7.7 million viewers to its fourth season premiere last January before dipping to a still-extremely-strong 4.4 million viewers for its March season finale.

Back in January, star Hardrict told EW about how great the transition from The CW to BET was, claiming the cast was “always extremely stressed” at the broadcast network, while she found herself “at peace” on BET.
