There are jaws dropping this morning over CBS’ Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show — but this time, we can’t blame the lingerie.
The titillating annual live-action holiday catalog delivered its biggest rating ever Tuesday night, and even ranked as the evening’s highest-rated show.
Victoria’s Secret was seen by 10.3 million viewers and scored a whopping 4.6 rating among adults 18-49 at 10 p.m. That’s the special’s largest audience since 2002 and its biggest demo rating during its nine-year history — leaping 35 percent from last year.
Also Tuesday: CBS won the night, and scored a strong rating with 8 p.m. with the annual special Rudolph, the Red-Nosed Reindeer (12.7 million, 4.0).
NBC’s Biggest Loser (7.1 million, 2.4) bounced back 20 percent from last week’s episode that had heavy reality competition. That helped Parenthood (5.7 million, 2.2) rise 16 percent.
Rudolph stomped Tim Allen’s Last Man Standing (10.2 million, 2.4), which fell 11 percent to a series low. Man Up (6.6 million, 1.7) was down 11 percent. At 10 p.m., Body of Proof (9.4 million, 1.8) dipped 10 percent.
On The CW, 90210 (1.7 million, 0.8) rose 33 percent, but the Ringer (1.4 million, 0.6) fall finale struggled.
