Timothy Olyphant and Walton Goggins play off their frenemy relationship in FX’s Justified with this new teaser trailer for the show’s January premiere. As longtime fans know, Groggins’ character Boyd Crowder originally died at the end of the show’s pilot, but test audiences rather liked the nefarious white supremacist so Boyd stuck around. Now here we are, coming up on third season and he’s co-starring in the teaser trailer. Check it out below: READ FULL STORY »

‘HIMYM’: ABOUT THE NEXT EPISODE…
The logline for next week’s How I Met Your Mother is incredibly teasey. Observe: When “Robin receives bad news, she decides to lie about it to the gang. Meanwhile, Marshall hangs Christmas decorations on the house in the ‘burbs with help from his neighbor.” But still unsatisfied, I hopped on the phone yesterday with HIMYM executive producer Carter Bays, who talked about the next episode. (To read part of our chat, click here.)
What I left out about the Dec. 5 episode, however, is something that truly sent chills of anticipation down my spine: While Bays said he believes it’s “one of the best episodes we’ve ever done,” he also expressed a little apprehension, saying he hopes viewers will see it the same way. “You know, honestly, I hope people stay on board after the next episode,” he tells me. “I think there’s some incredible acting in it, and it’s a really nicely told story that we’re very pleased with. But… this Barney and Robin stuff is a third rail for our show in a good way. It’s nice to get a little jolt every now and then, but it is so divisive among fans from what I’ve gathered. So hopefully people will enjoy the story for what it is. But yeah, we’re nervous about where the story goes. Excited, and very proud of it, but I hope people stay on board. I think they will.” READ FULL STORY »
Michele Bachmann: 'If that song had been played for Michelle Obama, I have no doubt that NBC would have apologized'
Republican presidential candidate Michele Bachmann says she accepts Jimmy Fallon’s apology for his house band the Roots playing the 1985 Fishbone song “Lyin’ A– B—-” as she walked in for her interview Monday, but she’s still waiting for NBC to issue one. Appearing on Fox News Channel’s America’s Newsroom this morning, Bachmann addressed the Late Night controversy: “I wasn’t aware of it at all. I didn’t find out until later yesterday, and at that point, I was traveling and making my way to the presidential debate,” she said. “I am hoping to be able to speak to Jimmy Fallon today. I don’t have anything against Jimmy Fallon. I love him, he’s a kick. It was a great opportunity to be on the show. I’d love to go back again. But I think the point is, if that had been Michelle Obama who had come out on the stage, and if that song had been played for Michelle Obama, I have no doubt that NBC would have apologized to her and likely they could have fired the drummer, at least suspended him. None of that happened from NBC. And this is clearly a form of bias on the part of the Hollywood entertainment elite, but it’s also, I think, sexism as well. This wouldn’t be tolerated if this was Michelle Obama; it shouldn’t be tolerated if it’s a conservative woman either.”
Asked what she would be saying when she reaches out to Fallon, who apologized for the “mess” on Twitter and said he enjoyed their interview, she reiterated, “Of course I accept Jimmy’s apology, but this really needs to come from NBC, and this is an outrage that happened.”
A rep for NBC did not immediately respond to EW’s request for comment.

Dana Delany will return to 'Desperate Housewives'
Dana Delany may have her own drama now on ABC, but it looks like the popular actress won’t take for granted the great gig she once had on Wisteria Lane. The Body of Proof star is set to return to Desperate Housewives this season to help the long-running sudser say goodbye to its fans.
It’s unclear when Delany, who played Katherine, will stage her comeback, but she won’t be alone: TVline says she’ll join Kyle MacLachlan (Orson) and Andrea Bowen (Julie) in a future episode or two. At the start of the season, Executive Producer Bob Daily reportedly said he’d like to recruit lots of alums to appear in the show’s last season. It sunsets in May.
Image Credit: Ron Tom/ABCMay we suggest a repeat of the awkward moment to the left?
Now that we’re here, we might as well post our wish list of stars for the drama’s final months (on-screen deaths be damned):
Jesse Metcalfe as John, because our flower garden can always use some tending’ Lily Tomlin as Roberta, because the drama’s always better when it involves a Betty McBusyBody like her; Shawn Pyfrom as Andrew, because he was so dang good; Dougray Scott as Ian, because he was so dang hot; and John Slattery as Victor, Jason Gedrick as Rick, John Barrowman as Patrick, and Nathan Fillion as Dr. Adam, because of the same reasons explained above.
And finally, Nicollette Sheridan as Edie, because we never got over her sudden departure. (And clearly, neither has she).

Jimmy Fallon apologizes to Michele Bachmann for the Roots' song choice
First, Jimmy Fallon tweeted that ?uestLove “is grounded” for choosing the 1985 Fishbone song “Lyin’ A– B—-” as an intro for Republican presidential candidate Michele Bachmann’s during her Late Night interview Monday, but last night, he apologized to Bachmann, via Twitter, for his house band’s poor judgment. “I’m honored that @michelebachmann was on our show yesterday and I’m so sorry about the intro mess. I really hope she comes back,” he wrote. “Actually it was a really fun interview. She helped me with my Minnesota accent. (I still sound Irish.)” (Twitter responses to Fallon’s tweets ranged from “be civil jimmy #lowbudget” to “grow a pair fallon”).
UPDATE: Bachmann responded this morning on Fox News Channel’s America’s Newsroom, saying, “I don’t have anything against Jimmy Fallon.
On Tuesday, Democratic Congresswoman Nita Lowey had issued a statement with a similar message: “The choice of song to introduce Michele Bachmann on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon last night was insulting and inappropriate. I do not share Michele Bachmann’s politics, but she deserves to be treated with respect. No female politician — and no woman — should be subjected to sexist and offensive innuendo like she was last night. The Roots, Jimmy Fallon, and NBC should apologize.”
Morgan Spurlock on his new web series 'Failure Club' -- EXCLUSIVE
Morgan Spurlock knows a thing or two about failure. Almost 10 years ago, he had been evicted from his apartment and was sleeping in a hammock in his office as he tried to dig himself out of $250,000 in debt. He “decided to roll the dice” and make one more film. That film became his Oscar-nominated documentary Supersize Me.
Spurlock uses his experiences to inform his role as mentor to the participants of Failure Club, a new series premiering on Yahoo! Screen this Friday. EW chatted with Spurlock about the show, which follows seven people who want to change their lives over the course of a year. READ FULL STORY »
'Castle' casting scoop: 'White Collar' actress Hilarie Burton tapped for Kardashian-esque guest role
I’ve always wanted to see a White Collar/Castle crossover and it looks like I’m an inch closer to my dream.
White Collar actress Hilarie Burton is set to guest star in an upcoming episode of ABC’s Castle, EW has learned. Burton, who also played Peyton on CW’s One Tree Hill for six seasons, will play Kay Cappuccio, a reality TV star with good looks, charisma, and a knockout bod. According to casting scoop, the tabloid darling has “achieved significant fame and fortune without possessing any discernible skill or talent” and “is famous mostly for being famous.” Sounds like someone we know… not that I’m naming names — because I already did in the headline.
The character, however, is more complex than some might think, as she both relishes the spotlight and “at the same time feels like a prisoner of her own celebrity lifestyle.”
Burton will appear in episode 13, “An Embarrassment of Bitches,” set to air in 2012.
Castle‘s Monday episode, which found Beckett struggling with her post-traumatic stress disorder, was up 13 percent from the previous week, with a 2.7/7 rating in the 18-49 demo and 11.9 million viewers.

'Smallville' producers talk Michael Rosenbaum's exit, Lex's legacy -- EXCLUSIVE CLIP
Smallville fans remember the end of season 7 well — it’s when the superhero show bid farewell to series regular Michael Rosenbaum and, subsequently, Lex Luthor. And as this EW exclusive clip from Smallville: The Complete Series shows, there was never anyone quite like him ever again. In this tiny sliver of the 192 hours (!!) of content on the DVD set, which hits shelves Nov. 29, executive producers and fellow actors reflect on Rosenbaum’s unforgettable turn as the iconic character. EP Greg Beeman perhaps says it best: “Every once and a while a part comes along that an actor was born to play, and he was born to play Lex.”

'Once Upon a Time': Regina and Emma square off -- EXCLUSIVE CLIP
The magic that seems to have put a spell on Once Upon a Time‘s ratings continues this week with an episode that centers on the story behind Jiminy Cricket (Raphael Sbarge) and finds Emma (Jennifer Morrison) and Regina (Lana Parrilla) once again at odds after Henry ventures (along with his therapist, Archie) into a sinkhole that has appeared at the edge of town.
What exactly is inside? Well, for now, that’s just another question on our growing list, but what we do know from this exclusive clip from Sunday’s all-new episode, is that you don’t want to mess with either of Henry’s moms. Watch the two square off below! And tell us readers, are you enchanted by Once? READ FULL STORY »
'How I Met Your Mother' boss on Robin's bombshell: 'There are more revelations in store'
Fun fact: Executive producer Carter Bays and the How I Met Your Mother team almost considered making last night’s episode of the show and the next new installment (airing Dec. 5) a two-parter episode. That would not have been an unnatural choice, considering the ending left off with Robin revealing to Barney (and the viewers!) that she was pregnant. But if viewers had seen both parts to this story, it would have, as Bays tells EW, been so much easier to talk about.
“I would say the wheels of fate are not done turning for these characters, and it’s definitely a big surprise, but there’s more to come,” Bays teases. “This little story isn’t over yet. I almost feel weird commenting on anything just yet because there are more revelations in store.” For one, says Bays, the question of the baby’s paternity will be “settled pretty quickly,” but there will also be developments that give way to “a bigger story.” READ FULL STORY »
'Millionaire Matchmaker': Sparks fly at the series' first-ever reunion -- EXCLUSIVE VIDEO
Ah, the Bravo reality show reunion. As we’ve learned from the Real Housewives franchise, it is something to be treasured. So how exciting that the network plans to air, according to Andy Cohen, “a reunion five years in the making” for another one of its popular series, Millionaire Matchmaker? And, if this exclusive preview is any indication, Patti Stanger’s two-part reunion with some of her most memorable clients will be just as dramatic as those involving the ladies of Orange County. We see some familiar faces: The oversexed millionairess, the millionaire who broke Stanger’s No. 1 rule, and the millionairess who enjoys showing men films of herself on the first date. The latter client seems to have the biggest beef with Stanger, even going as far as to insult the recently single matchmaker’s personal life: “Everybody knows you’re miserable.”
Plus! “A bombshell proposal!” Watch the exclusive sneak peek for the two-part reunion, airing Nov. 29 and Dec. 6, after the jump. READ FULL STORY »
