After a month-long hiatus, Parks and Recreation returns to NBC on Thursday with a new episode, “The Comeback Kid,” in which City Council candidate Leslie Knope (Amy Poehler) tries to kick-start her campaign with a flashy event. Meanwhile, someone very close to Leslie is launching his own campaign. Of sadness. And it may require an intervention.
