As someone who doesn’t want *any* intra-team romances on NCIS, I was disappointed with “Housekeeping.” Do you have any teasers for those of us who want the show to be about the team, and not about romances? Thanks — Lisa
Every episode, in a way, is a team effort. But look for some particularly good group-fare after the Gibbs-centric 200th episode. “We’ve got some really strong team-oriented storylines coming up,” says Glasberg. “I’m staring at my board on the wall, and certainly a few of them have everyone working together. Keep watching and hopefully people will get what they’re looking for.” What a guy!
Will we see Eli David anytime soon? — Maddie
Could-be. But no plans yet. “I would imagine at some point down the road we will have him again,” Glasberg says.

There’s a new angel on the block. Well, there will be. The show is currently casting the role of Luke, a young-at-heart, confident “after-life coach” who will act as Jane’s new guardian angel. Casting intel describes him as having the “charm of Jack Nicholson and the soul of Russell Brand” with a little Vince Vaughn and a touch of Christian Slater thrown in. Well, that’s specific. Meanwhile, the show is also casting someone — presumably for one of the show’s cases of the week. They’re looking for someone to play a charming, intelligent — and possibly murderous — socialite named Emily Horn who comes to Jane needing help.
Anything on Gossip Girl‘s Dair? We’re getting a lot of tease and no pay off here! — Alice
I know you are. And EP Joshua Safran is aware as well, judging by what he told us at a network party during TCA this week. “I’d like to think that everyone is happy, but I know that’s not possible,” he says. “I know people are getting a bit tired of that two steps forward, one step back. I think that a resolution will soon be apparent.”
Can’t decide if I’m more excited about Chuck and Blair angst or Nate investigating. Got scoop on either? #GG — @lucreziareigns
I’ll take Nate (to my bedroom). “Nate’s story comes to a major conclusion, and a new story appears in its wake,” says Safran. “Nate is about to take on even more with Diana gone with the Spectator, with the ultimate answer to what went on in the crash. Resolution to the crash is in episode 12 — in two weeks. It’s really good!”
I’m loving that Pretty Little Liars is back! But this Ezria (Ezra+Aria) drama is so depressing! Any chance of happier times ahead? Great moments we can look forward to? Thanks, Sandra! Love Spoiler room! — Sharon
I wouldn’t say there are sunshine and rainbows ahead. But, in this case, that’s a good thing. “There will be a kiss in the rain coming up!” dishes Lucy Hale (Aria). “It’s very cliché, but it’s awesome!” And while the moment comes amid more drama and parental disapproval, Hale says that’s half the fun of being part of one half of a star-crossed couple. “It’s almost like they had to start back at square one where it’s a complete secret, because now her parents are forbidding it, so they are in hiding for a little bit again,” she says. “I feel like as an actress it wouldn’t be as much fun if it were easy for them. It’s more fun when there is friction. It is rocky, but they are such a strong couple that they are going to try to make it work. I feel like Aria will be with Ezra for a very long time.”
I’d love some New Girl scoop! — Jess (it’s a coincidence!)
Well, you might not be that Jess, but you sure will be wishing you were when Dermot Mulroney joins the cast as the new, temporary love interest for Zooey Deschanel’s character. As the father of one of Jess’s students, Mulroney says he’s not sure how steamy things will get between his character and Jess, but he’s shooting for the nudity moon (– a phrase I just made up and look forward to using often). “How many clothes are you allowed to take off on a TV show? I would like to try to take off as much of her clothes as I can,” he jokes. ”I’m supposed to be a slightly older man and she needs to decide if she can get serious about me, and then maybe he doesn’t turn out to be as serious as he appeared. The thing writes itself. I think they have me for three episodes, but if it works out, we’ll see. We haven’t started shooting yet, but on episode 1 we haven’t kissed yet. On episode 2, I’m gonna make her uncomfortable, for sure.”
If you can help a girl out with some Suburgatory scoop, there might be a Clarisonic face brush in it for you. — Joanne
I don’t need your charity. It’s not like I’m from Florida or anything. Pssh. But I’ll give you scoop anyway, courtesy of Carly Chaikin (Dalia), who says the queen bee might soon find herself with a new companion in her life. “I end up getting a pet of my own. We’re not sure yet. It’s either between a monkey or a kangaroo. Dalia gets whatever she wants,” she says.
