Rather than schedule yet another competition reality show, the Eye went in a different direction this summer with Dogs in the City, a new series about a New York City-based pooch trainer named Justin Silver. In this clip, Silver talks about what to expect from his new show, and who represents the biggest problem when it comes to owning a pet. (Hint: It ain’t the four-legged feller in the room).
