Tess and George are movin’ on up in the fall — by moving to a new timeslot.
ABC’s Suburgatory, which is going into its sophomore season, has been given the highly coveted post-Modern Family timeslot, according toDeadline . Its former 8:30 p.m. timeslot will go to the network’s new alien comedy The Neighbors.
The swap is likely to be announced later this week to correspond with the network’s presentation at the Television Critics Association Press Tour.
