Question: You’re blaming the late arrival of Ask Ausiello on the blizzard? Lame. But I’ll forgive you if you give me a really juicy Lost spoiler. —Jesse
Ausiello:
Would you believe me if I told you my laptop got stuck in a 5-foot snowdrift? No? Okay, I’ll think of something else. In the meantime, here’s your juicy Lost spoiler: Someone has a kid in their flash-sideways. Guesses? Head to the comments!

Question: What can you tell me about Libby’s Lost return? —Joe
Ausiello:
I can’t tell you very much. Cynthia Watros, however, describes her onscreen reunion with Jorge Garcia as “so sweet and honest. And I think, hopefully, when people see our scenes that they’ll get that feeling, too. [Libby and Hurley] are so incredibly real with each other. I was really grateful that I got to play those scenes and Libby got to sort of express herself in ways that she hasn’t been able to.” READ FULL STORY

Question: Anything good coming up for Alex on Grey’s Anatomy? —Jesse

Ausiello:
Big news: The role’s been cast!

Question: Ausiello, I really need some Glee scoop. —Lucio
Ausiello:
If you liked last fall’s “Wheels” installment, then rumor has it you’re going to love the third episode back. And by love I mean cry like a teething baby that’s just been dropped on its head. It’s probably no coincidence that both episodes share the same Emmy-winning director: Paris Barclay. READ FULL STORY

Question: Any information on what’s going on with Tony and Ziva on NCIS? More than a few hints were dropped in Tuesday’s episode that suggest something went on between the two of them in Paris. —Jason
Ausiello:
Funny story. Just hours before the episode aired, I asked exec producer Shane Brennan if there would be any significant movement on the ‘Tiva’ front in the coming months. Here’s what he said: “I’ll let the ‘Jetlag’ episode answer that, because I think it does. I don’t want to be more specific than that. People should watch that episode and read between the lines.” They so did it it’s not even funny.

Question: I’m hearing rumors Abby and McGee might be reuniting on NCIS. Please say it isn’t true! —Jo
Ausiello:
Funny story: All Shane Brennan would divulge is, “Something begins to happen [with them] later in the season.” Okay, that one wasn’t so funny. READ FULL STORY

'30 Rock' scoop: Elizabeth Banks channels Sean Hannity, romances Alec Baldwin

Even some of Hollywood’s most in-demand actresses have to occasionally beg for work. Take Elizabeth Banks. The star of 40-year-old Virgin, W., and Zack and Miri Make a Porno tells me that her upcoming 30 Rock gig resulted from her reaching out to the Emmy-winning comedy and not the other way around. “I definitely put feelers out, like, ‘I would love to be on your show,'” she confesses. “And they did it. They made it happen! I’m a huge fan, so this is a dream come true.”

(FYI: I tried to limit the acting categories to one winner and one runner-up, but in some cases ties were simply unavoidable.) READ FULL STORY

'Christmas In Rockefeller Center' to proceed 'without incident' despite strike threat

Despite reports earlier today that NBC’s “Christmas In Rockefeller Center” broadcast may not air as scheduled on Wednesday night due to a labor dispute, an insider tells EW.com that the show will go on. Earlier today, the union representing 3000 producers, technicians, and writers employed by NBC threatened to strike the event over “stalled negotiations” for a new contract. The previous agreement expired last March. NBC responded with a statement criticizing the union for canceling recent meetings to continue discussions. Yet despite the press-release salvos, an insider says the event will take place “without incident.” This year’s Rockefeller Center festivities in New York–which, as always, is highlighted by the lighting of a towering Christmas tree–will be hosted by Jane Krakowski (30 Rock) and Zachary Levi (Chuck).

Thursday ratings: 'Fringe' still struggling

Rankings were steady last night with ratings drops pretty evenly across the board; The Office continued to top Fox’s drama Fringe, which lost around 40 percent of its lead-in from the going-strong Bones. The Vampire Diaries posted its lowest ratings ever, dropping to below 4 million for the first time.
